This hotel is lovely and within walking distance of the centre of Rome! Walked home late at night and had no issues but there is also a bus stop down the road and a metro. The breakfast was unusual as it is a cart placed outside your door in the hallway, however, the food provided was great and such a large amount! The woman that runs the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had a nice cute bathroom. Provided champagne glasses, water and orange juice in the fridge! Would recommend.

From the very warm and efficient welcome from Renata when we arrived, to the excellent breakfast in the morning, I was so impressed. I also feel that, for Rome, this was excellent value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Some very small points of criticism - I would have liked some form of light curtains on the window. As it was, we had to keep the heavy drapes closed at all times because our room was just above street level. The bathroom, while spotlessly clean, was just a little on the small size. And difficult as it might be to find space, a small table or breakfast tray would be helpful in the room.

The hotel itself is small but very cozy and clean. Our room was very comfortable with everything needed and even more: a clean, VERY comfortable bed, delicious coffee from the espresso machine, amazing balcony where we had breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. The location is close enough to the Vatican from one side and the metro station from another. The grocery store is right down the street. The district is quiet. Additional gratitude to the personnel, especially Margherita, she was so attentive and helpful. After the sleepless night in the airport, she helped us with the early check-in and which was really amazing. Breakfast was delicious and personnel met the request of my sister, that was very nice of them.

Renata and rest of staff were fantastic and very helpful in all aspects they could help with. Room was clean and had all necessary bits and pieces and more. Breakfast was excellent and very generous! Location good

Rooms are in an apartment (so not a hotel-like arrangement) and as such, they are not sound-proofed properly - if you have noisy co-guests or others living in the building playing music/watching TV/with kids and are a light sleeper (like me), you will have disturbed sleep, especially when co-guests return in the early hours of the morning, plus a very busy road is close by and windows are not very good at keeping noise levels low. If you are a heavy sleeper, you'll be fine! There is no bidet (at least in my room) so not ideal if you are an Italian travelling, but a minor thing.

Even though the room we booked was piccolo as the name of this accommodation says, our stay was perfect. Clean and tidy room with amazing breakfast and nice host who was on disposal on whatsapp all the time for any inquires we had. Great coffee 👍 plus you have very nice pizzeria/restaurant nearby, with daily traditional meals.

Bed could be more comfortable.

Really nice hosting first of all. The room is nice and tidy, everyday the staff comes to clean it. The breakfast was great, and there was always more than we could eat. Everything is ready for you in the morning outside your room in a trolly, which you just pick up and eat in your room. Or like we did in the balcony. Easy to get to the city if you use the Cipro Metro. Also close by very good cafe's and bars to get your aperitivo. I think it's good value for the money.

The traffic from the street was pretty loud. Would recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Definitely would still recommend this room despite that 'cause there's so many positive things here.

Good location for our specific purpose but maybe less for a city trip. Liked balcony and aircon as well as the host and her responsiveness. Had enough room for unpacking and a small fridge. Room was big enough to not feel cramped when we took siesta ☺️

Pillows were not to our liking (high and too firm) and breakfast was plenty bit quite boring (ceral, youghurt, ceoissant, dry cakes, premade sandwiches and apple/orange plus juice and milk) so we preferred going to a nearby cafe in the end as we prefer less food of higher quality. Shower was very small. There was quite some noise from the street in the night (motorcycles racing, it appeared)

The room was cleaned every day and we had breakfast each morning which made things easier. Renata was absolutely amazing and she helped us out with everything we needed.

The only thing we didn’t particularly like was that there was no sound insulation so there was a lot of noise coming from the traffic outside.

The room is very nice, you have everything you need. It is very close to bus stations, shops, restaurants. There is a 12 min walk to the Vatican Museum. Breakfast was very good and the room was cleaned daily+change of towels, which was great to have.

Host was very helpful, and nice breakfast. 10 minutes from the train station and walking distance from the Vatican. Lots of extras, fresh water supplied and regular cleanings.

The room is quite small, same with bathroom, so be prepared for that. Good for a couple nights but a bit squishy for any longer. As it is backed onto a Main Street, was a bit noisy at times.
