We liked the bed, it was really comfy. When it comes to security, there is a security guy in front of the entrance and they have your name on the list before arriving, and they take your car license plate number and they let you in, that means that the car parking is amazing, really safe and you don't need to worry about it. If you go here try going to a street food restaurant nearby that was called - El Jalapeño - because it made our stay at this hotel more enjoyable.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly. The blinds were stuck. There were no curtains/only blinds. We found hair in the room (not belonging to us). The bathroom smelled bad (we always close the toilet lid) and also the shower was too small. From the outside the hotel looks amazing, but the room wasn't that great. I didn't liked the hotel location that much, but at least you had a metro station nearby.

I have been to Rome for work and visit few times. This is one of the best Hotel I stayed in terms of location and access. We recommended to our collogues and partner company in Italy to suggest this Hotel for any booking. Staff team is so supportive. All the best. Mafaz Manzil

We enjoyed being away from central Rome but close to Metro stop. The hotel was beautiful. We enjoyed many cappuccinos etc in the bar which was usually playing English music from our younger years. The dining room in the evening was very elegant. First time to get a silver dome pulled from our plate with a “wahlah”. The spa staff made you fee very comfortable.

The reception staff was very helpful but not very friendly. They made me feel uncomfortable like I was an inconvenience. However, I would still stay again as everyone and everything else was great.

I can't describe my impression enough of TH Roma Carpegna! It's not a hotel it's a mansion in the middle of green park. I felt like a VIP in this hotel and guess what - there is a Chapel and Cinema. The bar was my fav spot along with so many corners to have comfy not disturbed business talks. I met such a kind people there. I made new friend - the bartender Marco, who can share so much knowledge about Rome and Italy. I met a Welsh couple at the bar and we had so much fun and laughter! I wish to move to Rome after this trip, the environment changed my vision for service in Italy. I will definitely get back to explore Rome once again and my choice is clear :) See you soon P.S. I booked this hotel back in Dec 2021 for Mar 2022 but couldn't get to manage my trip and canceled. I booked again in August 2022 and stayed in Mar 2023. I didn't even tried to book other hotels, I am so grateful I made this choice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night so we did not get to explore all of it but it was breathtaking. Felt a little out of place walking in in our travel clothes when everybody else is in eveningwear. The restaurant served the best desserts I’ve ever had in my life.

It was quite a distance away from the city center. We felt a little out of place because everyone was in eveningwear. I had no idea it was that fancy. The front clerks were very helpful and kind and treated as well so I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back there and see everything.

really pretty. it looks like a castle. plenty of outdoor and indoor sitting area . everywhere is nicely decorated.

the showroom was very small.

Hotel is surrounded by big beautiful garden on private territory, interiors are excellent, subway is 5 mins by walk. Private parking, lots of space. Good Wi-Fi.

When I was using Google maps, it shows wrong turn to the hotel and I could not find the entrance. I called to hotel reception to ask the directions but there was no one speaking English (in 4 star hotel????) Later at check in I saw a trainee, maybe that was her but still! No elevator at last floor, be careful. You have to go to previous floor and carry your luggage 1 floor up by feet. At our check out day elevator was not working and there was no electricity for 2-3 hours.

the building is spectacular, and eating outside on the patio is amazing. the hotel has clear signs of wear and tear. Comfortable beds. very helpful staff.

€2.50 for 0,5l water wasn't too impressive.. It seems there is no isolation between rooms (like in the rest of Italy) so if you are unlucky with your neighbor it could be a problem, but it didn't really give me any problems. I guess the rooms would be too hot if you don't want to listen to the next room :D

The breakfast was great, lots of options. The location is a bit away from central Rome but instead you felt like you were in a private estate, far from the tourist-y hustle and bustle. The on site restaurant was surprisingly one of the best food we got during our stay in Rome and the servers and bartenders went above and beyond, so patient and friendly.

The cleanliness was very good, but not like you were the first person to ever stay in that room. The shower was maybe a little too cramped and close to the toilet, maybe adding a little hanger next to the shower would be nice.

The food was great. Looked fantastic inside and outside the building apart from the courtyard, it would have needed to be cleaned

The lobby was noisy in the morning with people banging doors and pulling cases the noise started at 4am!! The bathroom was a bit tired and needed grouting and the shower was very poor hardly any water came out
