We booked the room for a quick night in Rome and were super happy that we picked this property. The room was big and clean and comfortable. There was shampoo, conditioner, soap and a blow dryer. (which I didn’t expect) The bathroom was huge and the shower was great. Angelo was super helpful and answered my questions immediately. He contacted me to ask when I wanted to check in and kept in contact with me until we arrived. The location is fantastic. I got a great night’s sleep, it was very quiet. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

I loved everything about the properly except the small shower. Location is amazing. It’s an apartment complex you gain access through using a key or via the app. Unit was great. Clean and comfy. Although you do share a kitchen with the other unit it was fine because I never used it. Only issue I had was the small shower. I couldn’t shower comfortably and the shower head didn’t adjust. Location, cleanliness, comfort everything else was excellent.

This place is essentially a flat within a residential building that has been converted into two rooms for rent, each with ensuite. My husband and I stayed in one room and two friends stayed in the other so we had the whole place to ourselves which was great. Even if we hadn't, the space is good enough to enjoy just one room as well. Air con was good, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. There is also a lift in the building making it really easy to get bags up to the flat. David was incredibly helpful over Whatsapp and in person.

loved staying right in Trastevere. Busy at night but without all the noise of Rome central. We had a little difficulty figuring out how to get in but we messaged the, and got immediate help. We had a shared kitchen area where we could use the fridge and there was a coffee maker. The room was good for 3 adults. The full-size bed was comfortable. Our adult son slept on the single and it was not comfortable but he discovered on the 2nd night in the middle of the night that the mattress had been flipped over. ?? He flipped it right side up and that improved it. He’s 6’3” so it would probably be fine for someone a bit smaller.

We stayed at this property last year and have returned again. It a great apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator. The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was modern, large, clean. and has a great shower. Plenty of storage space. It is located in the Trastevere neighborhood, a five minute walk to Viale di Trastevere and the Ponte di Garibaldi bridge. A quiet safe neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants. There is a kitchen/dinning area shared by two apartments. Check in and out very easy. Wifi great.

Location is perfect and was easy to find. We had triple room booked and honestly I didn't expect it to be so spacious, loved to have kitchen to make coffee whilst getting ready to explore Rome. We have already recommended it to our friend's. Lots of little streets with restaurants close by, perfect after a day out exploring Rome and to have restaurants without going to far from accommodation

Great location. Close to nice restaurants in the evening. During the day, as we like to walk, we crossed the Tiber to visit all the interesting points of Rome. We bought a 48h Metro ticket but we rarely used it, because everything is so closeby. Also the stay was nice! Rooms are comfortable. Communication with the owners is very accuarte! Housekeeping is perfect. I recommend this stay to people who enjoy city trips with all aspects happening in a big city. David&co...way to go!!!!

Lovely Large room with big bed and ample space for clothing and personal effect. There is a shared kitchen with the other room in the property which included a fridge, cooker and coffee machine. Daily housekeeping. Staff are lovely and checked upon me during my stay reiterating that i could message them for anything. Trastevere is a lovely area to stay in Rome, within a manageable walking distance to all the main attractions you may want to see, and coming back to ample food and drink options.

Nothing for the property but be aware that Trastevere is a loud and busy area, especially on holidays and i would assume weekends, as people venture into the area for the nightlife.

The room was incredibly spacious! we had so much room for the two of us. an entire walk in closet and super roomy bathroom. the location was epic! in such a lovely part of town, super close to restaurants. super romantic area to stroll around and explore. in the heat of the summer the AC worked super well and kept us super cool. we also had a big window had a gorgeous view out to the street. the owner was super accomodating and helpful. we had a question and he responded instantly. he recommended VIVO which we went too for dinner. would highly recommend going for some awesome food that’s not too expensive. we loved our stay and would definitely come back. everything was great.

Great location-2 blocks from the tram that goes to Piazza Venezia which is in walking distance to many attractions and also for connections to buses. Great area to be in with lots of taverns and bars. Room was a very good size. Bathroom was large and modern with a walk-in shower. There was also a separate room with a kitchenette and 2 small tables. Spotlessly clean. Bed large and comfortable and there was a separate single bed off on an adjacent small room with a closet for clothes. Located on 3rd floor, but there is an elevator.

The pillows were as hard as rocks.
