I had a fantastic stay at Antonio's apartment! He was an amazing host, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and adjusting the check-in time to fit our schedule. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and fridge, making it feel like home away from home. The location was also perfect, situated in a charming area just a short distance from the city center. I would highly recommend Antonio's place to anyone visiting Rome - it was truly the best place we stayed during our trip!

Everything was perfect. Room exactly as described and the pictures on booking.com site. Location perfect - easy access to all bus routes to get to the centre of Rome. Lots of restaurants near by - special mention to the restaurant right next door to the apartment building - Alle Fratte Di Trastevere. Continental breakfast was also included at a local restaurant across the street. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The building was really cool and in a great neighborhood with lots of fun bars and great restaurants. The room was brand new, clean and very comfortable. there was a shared kitchen with coffee/tea/fridge etc.

The AC worked okay, but wasn’t super powerful. We managed to sleep comfortably, but the room didn’t get freezing or anything. Breakfast was good although when we went to the restaurant (voucher system) at 8:52am they said their chef wasn’t there until 9am so they couldn’t make us eggs. I said we could wait until they arrived but I think it was just an excuse like they just weren’t going to cook us anything so we just had a pastry and coffee and juice - not the full breakfast offering. We still enjoyed. Definitely would recommend Loft Rooms!!

The location was perfect. The host Antonio was in touch before we arrived and made sure we were met on arrival. The cleaning lady was there every day and made sure all was kept in fantastic condition. The kitchen outside the room was a bonus and meant we could leave drinks in the fridge and if we wanted a snack we could do. Breakfast in the cafe opposite was a bonus and started the day off beautifully. Had a problem with the air con but Antonio was there the next morning and sorted it out. We would definitely stay again, location had restaurants close by. Lovely few days 🙂

This is an apartment with two bedrooms that are rented out, which the owner makes very clear when renting. We had our own private bathroom within our bedroom. We didn't visit the livingroom area or kitchen area during our 1 night stay. Our bedroom and bathroom were immaculate and looked new. We were exhausted when we arrived so after walking around the corner from our building to a nice pizza restaurant, we fell out in the comfortable bed for a wonderful nights sleep.

Everything worked and was beautifully clean and we were given breakfast vouchers which was a bonus. Location is good - would love to visit again. Having a kitchen with a fridge was good and a small fridge in the bedroom

No shelf in shower to put soap or shampoo - shower temperature can be a bit difficult - goes from hot to cold when you are showering. Check out at 10am and there is no-where to store luggage.

Great experience at this property. Room was nice, clean and modern. The location was great in a central area of Trastevere but is quiet for sleeping with the AC on and the windows closed. You receive breakfast coupons that a bar just down the street provides. The system worked fine and the bar staff knew the routine well. Be aware that there are two separate bedroom units that share a common kitchen and sitting area.

The only suggestion that I could make to improve the room would be to supply an easy chair in each bedroom.

Very reasonable, good clean room, Antonio, our host let us check in early, provided breakfast voucher for very close restaurant, as well as complimentary espresso. Within a short walking distance of many restaurants, stores, and the river.

Walking up to the 3rd floor, but well worth it. Neighborhood looked a little sketchy at first but was actually a great little area. Don't let the graffiti in the neighborhood fool you!

Very pretty views, and nice large rooms with high ceilings. The bedroom was very comfortable, and they had an updated bathroom.

We were under the impression that we had an entirely private unit. The host did not inform us that there was a second rented out room that we shared kitchen space and entrance with. Host also didn’t inform us that a cleaning lady came every morning so we thought someone had broken in the first morning.

great location in the Trastevere, 15 min walk to the city center. at night, the neighborhood is really the best for eating ! clean and elegant room, a shared kitchen between the two apartments. the people in the second accommodation were quiet so no trouble with noise.

the breakfast is at a nearby cafe, and the choice is quite limited: 1 hot drink, 1 juice and a croissant or eggs and bacon. But we had so much restaurant to try during our stay that it suited us !
