Breakfast was lovely, the B&B felt very homely and the room was very clean. We paid additional for a little balcony and it was really nice. It was our first time in Rome, we travelled there over the Easter Weekend and we will definitely be back to stay at this B&B. It is in an ideal location close to all bars and restaurant and has a bus route just outside so travelling around is easy. The host was exceptional, he gave us a little map of all the best places to visit, he made the trip exceptional for us. Thank you!

Our stay in Rome was perfect and I cannot find one thing that was not good with our room and stay. Everything from how owner was welcoming and all the tips he gave us for walking around the city. I've never experienced such a hospitality. Also, location is perfect, since it is based in Trastevere, which is the most beautiful part of the city, full or bars and restaurants, but you can also explore city on foot, which we did for 7 days and it was very convenient. Breakfast in the morning is a huge plus since you don't have to worry about having something to eat and where you will have your first coffee. We cannot wait to come back and we will definitely stay here again! Grazie!

Quiet location in Trastevere, close to bus stop and short walk from Trastevere restaurants. Our host, Lorenzo, gave us a great recommendation for our walking path to St. Peters that included a wonderful view of Rome. The room was spacious and very clean, there were drinks in the mini fridge for us after a long day of touring and we enjoyed them on the lovely patio. Everything was spotlessly clean and in good service. We enjoyed our stay!

We missed breakfast both mornings of our stay since breakfast began at 8am and we had early starts both days in order to make it to our tour guide appointments and an early train to Naples. A 7 or 7:30 breakfast start would have given us time to sit and enjoy the lovely breakfast before heading out for the day.

Perfect location in a residential area, though around the corner you walk into 'touristy' -Trastevere. Very friendly owners, good breakfast, good room.

The host was the loveliest most welcoming man, from greeting us at the front desk, to showing us where we were in relation to the main sites of Rome, to catching up with us each morning as he served us breakfast. The room was just what you need on a city break, comfy bed, good aircon, refreshing shower after a long warm day exploring the city. Excellent location for a short stroll into the main hub of Trastevere which was ideal for night time eating and drinking. Would have no hesitation booking again.

The room and the B&B structure were very good. Lorenzo, Sonia and the rest of the staff were so nice that it was a place to make you feel like in home. They gave us great advices of what to do in the city and were always looking to help with any issue we could have. The location was also perfect, from a walking distance from all touristic places, but in an area that feels more residential. Trastevere restaurants and bars were very close, so you won't need to pay any cab or bus when going from/to. The breakfast, instead of simple, was very good. Definitely would recommend the stay to anyone going to Rome.

The room was always clean and the balcony was a nice bonus. The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. The light breakfast was fresh and good way to start the day. There is a lift to get to their floor which was nice because I was getting used to lugging up my suitcase up several flights of stairs! There is a bus stop short walk from the hotel if you don't want to walk to the city centre, but this place is still close to Trastevere's main area with all the nice restaurants!

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable with a lot of space. Mr. Lorenzo was very POLITE and FRIENDLY and gave us information for the transportation and the sightseeing around the city. Trastevere's Friends is at an excellent and quiet location just a few minutes walk from the center of Rome. Thank you Mr. Lorenzo for our lovely stay and we hope to see you again in the future. We absolutely recommend Trastevere's Friends for your accommodation.

The accommodation was wonderful, I think there were 7 rooms in total in the hotel, which also had the entrance desk and dining room as an apartment within a larger block. The air conditioning worked well, which was needed as temperatures were up to 35 during the day and stayed above 25 all night and the blinds cut out all the light when completely shut. We had a lovely balcony and the room was clean and a good size and the little fridge was useful for storing drinks. The hotel is in a quiet area, we were not disturbed by noise at all, and is not far from Trastevere Centre, which is a lovely part of Rome to eat out and explore. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggesting things to do and asked us at breakfast how our previous day was. They were very easy to contact, which was helpful when we arrived and weren't sure where to go, and arranged airport pickup and drop-off taxi for us. The bus to get into the city centre and all the sights is less than a 5 minute walk away and we found the service to be very regular, we used google maps to work out which routes to use. Buy your ticket before you get on! We bought a 72 hour ticket, which cost 18 euros each and meant we could use the buses any time. We stayed for 5 days and saw everything but I'd suggest no less than a week here as there is so much to see.

There's no kettle, so if you enjoy your tea or coffee take a travel kettle, although we drank mainly iced tea.

Our hosts were absolutely wonderful! So accommodating and friendly. They really made our stay feel special. The location is great, a short stroll from all the hustle and bustle of Trastevere and other sites. We had our own key to the building and our room and could come and go as we pleased. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was provided - a sort of croissant, other pastry, fruit, yoghurt and the option of toast as well. I will definitely be staying here again if I ever return to Rome and will be recommending this B&B to friends and family too!

It is hard to fault this B&B, we had such a wonderful stay. I think the only suggestion I would make perhaps an option at Breakfast would be better rather than the hosts heating all the pastries and bringing them to the table. E.g. maybe they can ask the table what they would like before they heat the food so as to reduce waste. Personally it was just too carb heavy for me. I would have preferred just a piece of toast or porridge or the fruit and yoghurt.. but not all of it together as well as the pastries etc. Being offered too much food is a good complaint to have though!
