General, everything was perfect. The landlord tried to do his best to help us. Whatever we asked, we directed us in the right direction. Communicated continuously during our trip, ensuring that we are happy. I am really grateful! Thanks!

We have booked a triple room with two people, so the hotel thought we didn't need a third bed. However, we were not a couple, so we asked them, and they handled it for the second night. Also, the hair dryer wasn't working, but they had the second one in the room, so no problem on that side as well. Breakfast could be better. Specifically, pizza with cucumber was weird for me. It could be something more international taste. It is far from everything except Vatican. And it is not Vatican's museum side. Just public transport is horrible in Rome, so sometimes I thought maybe another side of the river would be a better option for the hotel.

The room is relatively small, but really nice and cosy and has everything you need. Most importantly, the bed is really comfortable. Everything is super clean and nice and we felt at home and really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is abbundant, Italian style (mostly sweet, but there is also a cheese sandwich and some fruit) and it arrives by 8.30. Also, there is a great grocery store just across the street, where you can get fresh fruit and everything you might need. The train station Roma San Pietro is nearby so that the Inn is well connected to Fiumicino. Location is great, you can easily walk to Trastevere, city center.. A bus stop is also nearby. All in all, a great location and excellent accommodation.

The apartment is located very close to Vatican, maybe a few minutes walk. Also the city (for example Piazza Venezia) is within walking distance (maybe 30min), but there is also a bus stop directly in front of the house. Very nice and helpful owners, willing to give guidance about what to see and how to get there. I really felt looked after! :-) The room was not big, but enough for two people, nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit plain, but ok. Generally highly recommended! :-)

Breakfast was OK in general (breakfast box set with fruits in pieces, croissant, sandwich with cheese, cake). However, its a nice option for 1-2 days stay, but tiring for 4 days stay. I suggest to have varied options for future.

Excellent location, inside accommodation is clean. Breakfast is fine, don't expect too much. Very good host, responds quickly and tries to help with any requests.

very small room. this is actually an old apartment building in an old town. the route from metro to the hotel is hilly and steep so if you are with luggage its a bit tiring to reach the property. average breakfast options. had to get the bedsheets changed since they had hair on them.

Breakfast in a box was exactly the same every day, 5 days in a row. Next door room had its window literally on our balcony. It takes 5-6 min for hot water to start running in the shower.
