rooms were very spacious and cleaned everyday whilst we were out! Great selection of toiletries, great shower and room facilities. Location is not central but has a bus stop on the road and a short walk to the metro so not difficult to access. Nice to be in a slightly quieter area!

the kitchen really needs some more facilities! no coffee for the last 3 days and a hob but no pans. Would be great to be able to use the space more!

The green tea was amazing, rooms and amenities were great 👍🏻

They could have had some arrangement for additional drinking water , as its a basic necessity and half a litre per person per day is not quite enough. Also, we had one triple sharing room (I005) where the shower area just had a transparent glass door - three people staying together certainly implies its not appropriate to have an exposed shower area

The cleanness of the room and the clarity of the information to get to the property was awesome. No need to worry if you can safely arrive or not. Prompt corresponds via WhatsApp are available almost at anytime. Also There is a person staying on the ground floor of you have any question to get to the property. The room which I stay had big windows and sun lights coming in. That was really cool .

Some inconsistency in the room cleanings. Also the room which I stayed had wifi but really useless (sorry for the words🙏) I had to use my internet which costed me quite a lot. And I was lucky I had an office at different places c the day so I could manage working somehow. But if you are nomads… need to remember that. And the staff there said on other rooms the wifi is working well so maybe other rooms are good.

The room was very beautiful. Especially bathroom. The check in was very easy. The host responded quickly to all of my questions. The only little problem I had was a tricky wooden door on the entrance in the building. You have to push it quite hard to open (and push the right part of it lol)

Wi fi in my room was almost non existent. Wasn't important for my trip. But if you need it to work well I suggest you contacting the host, may be they will come up with some solution.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area. The interior design is beautiful. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. They provided bottled water in the room, and they even refilled it. The slippers were soft and cozy. I loved the self-check-in—no hassle at all!

The place could use a bit of an update; some of the white walls were kinda dirty, and the shower could definitely use some work. The biggest bummer was finding a huge ruzzian book about ruzzia in the room—it was a bit cringe. I really hope they ditch that book so they don’t embarrass themselves! 🤡

Large room, excellent location

Cleaning was not done properly during our stay of one week. We have to ask specifically to get the bed linen exchanged and remove them by ourselves. Checkout time is insanly early (10am), we were never asked to leave so early. so BE AWARE!!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very easy to get into the building with instructions and we arrived on the first day to bottles of water and a small bottle of Prosecco in our room, which was lovely. The hotel was located around a 15/20 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and most places were within walking distance. The room was cleaned daily and we got fresh bottles of water and towels daily. Great stay!

Small points to make but firstly, the wifi was very temperamental and didn’t hold a strong connection. In terms of design and amenities, everything was fab but would have definitely liked to have a mirror in the bedroom!

There was no breakfast/ only expresso-

Wish they had bottled water and snacks or something more than just expire in the kitchen area. WIFI initially did not work with scan foe-once I got the password it was fine- password should be left in room. Door handle was loose on my room and cleaning person there did not speak English

The house is in a great location, easy self check-in with all information provided in a detailed and timely manner. The room is small but comfortable.

Both the bathroom exhaust fan running for 24h and the constant noise of an air conditioner or something similar outside do not make the night properly relaxing. The old wooden, single-glazed window frame does not help

Clean and big room, it has a super-king comfortable bed, everyday was cleaned, the towels were replaced and bottles of water were provided as well, it has all the required facilities for a stay, it is located in a safe area near to luxury hotels and near to bus stops, 15 minutes away from the center.

Some towels were dirty but every day they clean the room and replace the towels.
