The owners were amazing! Always available and very helpful. Everything was spotless clean. On the last day we had to leave very early in the morning and they made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast set up in our room the night before.

The room and bathroom were really spacious and clean. Parking for a car is also available. It takes approximately 25 minutes to Bologna by car. Breakfast is really good and staff is super kind and nice. It is a great place to stay if you want to visit Bologna and other cities near by.

It's not to say I didn't like it. I would say i wish, there was more selection for breakfast, ham, salami, cheese, bread would have been nice. But on the same hand the host offered this and brought this to us (thank you very much)

Still the best place in Emilia Romagna for visiting Bologna, Modena, Ferrara, ... Absolutely wonderful villa with very pleasant owner. Everything is state of the art, brand new, very luxurious. Beautiful garden around the house, nice breakfast (they will do their best to accomodate your wishes), comfy beds. Private parking is also a great feature.

The owners are very pleasant and attentive. The rooms are big and cozy, and the facilities pristine and brand new. Location-wise, it has an incredible scenery, open fields, and tranquile surroundings.

I cannot fault this property at all. Our honest impression is that it is just perfect.

Everything is new and state of the art. Big windows, unbelievably clean, great shower. Much more beautiful then on the photos. Great choice for Bologna, Modena and whole Emilia Romagna. Will come back 100%.

Exceptionally clean, with good-sized rooms, well proportioned common areas, and in a quiet location. Everything I was looking for. Great recommendations for local restaurants.
