Staff spoke great English and were friendly. The room was comfortable for an overnight stay. Staff organised a taxi to pick us up for the airport in the morning.

When we were staying, air conditioning was turned off. It was explained this was due to the hotel being part of the rest of the supermarket complex it was sited above. The temperature wasn't uncomfortable, but ventilation was awful, and it was impossible to leave the windows open overnight as the airplanes fly directly overhead. The hotel was also further away from public transport than realised.

The reasonable price, free parking. The room was big with a large balcony. There is a kettle with tea/coffee bags, a small mini bar, and two small bottles of mineral water. The hotel is located in a shopping mall area with a big supermarket. Pretty close to the airport and it is very convenient to short-stay before early morning flights. What is also important who rents a car - there are some petrol stations very close to the hotel

There is no anti-mosquito mesh on the windows and balcony door. There is no receptacle for the kettle near the room table where the kettle is. We had to take the kettle to the bathroom where the receptacles were.

Restaurant next door served amazing dishes, all freshly made, and even the pasta was handmade. Staff there were so nice and friendly. It was a lovely evening. Hotel arranged a taxi for the morning, and breakfast was available from 0645.

Only a minor problem, but the air conditioning in the room was not working so we were all very hot overnight. Taxi to or from Airport is about 25 Euros for a 12min journey because a 6Euro supplement is added for a short journey.

very helpful staff helped us organize an early morning taxi ride to the airport, big rooms, clean facilities, restaurant and supermarket were steps away, not too far away from the airport (but didn't hear any planes after 11pm), quick and easy check in, great value for what we paid, nice balcony facing away from the airport and main street

we came in the spring but it was a warm day. the heat had recently been turned off for the season but the air conditioning wasn't able to be turned on yet (i think this was a government rule and not a problem with the hotel from the explanation we got?)

Brilliant location, lovely staff, rooms are huge, very clean, kettle in rooms. Bathroom great, with hairdryer. Beds massive and comfortable. We were able to borrow glasses and a cork screw too which was fab!!! Breakfast was available in a little coffee shop opposite, plus there is a supermarket and health food store next door. Parking brilliant, all in an "out of town" complex, so very quiet.

Breakfast wasn't available when we went and that would be a bonus. No milk with tea, coffee, sugar and kettle in room, and that would be great - both of these are minor!! Would definitely stay again.

Much bigger than usual rooms, equipped with everything you need and for a very reasonable price compared to its peers. Staff are friendly and helpful, situated in a quiet area and conviniently located next to the airport.

The hotel does not service a 24hr reception desk. However, staff were helpful enough and after we advised of our late arrival, they waited for an extra hour. We had nothing to complain about!

was only there for a night to catch an early flight and they even lined me up with morning taxi service to get to the airport at 4 a.m.! Also, it's right next to a grocery store which was amazing for an affordable meal on the fly.

Maybe just store a blanket in the closet, but it wasn't an issue for me.

We liked everything!!! We are Genius level 3 members which mean that we travel a lot and stayed in many hotels. As always, our review reflecting our subjective and personal experience and not more. To review Turin Airport Hotel & Residence is a pleasure. We arrived to the hotel late at night right before midnight, exhausted, hungry and dirty. The first thing we saw was the friendly, smiling face of Mr. Davide in the reception. He was also the one that called us right after we made the reservation the same evening to ask us for our arrival time. His friendly and welcoming energy was a promising beginning. The room: CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! Big, comfortable, well designed with a lot of storage space, nice compatible and comfortable kitchen, quiet and efficient AC, perfect sound isolation, big, very clean and very good ventilated bathroom, good mattress with clean bed-sheets etc. etc. etc. One of the best hotel-rooms we have ever booked!

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Ten minutes taxi ride to airport.

Except for a supermarket nearby there were no dinner eateries around the hotel. Restaurant closed after lunch. Also - taxi from airport to hotel approx euro 25 each way. Free or inexpensive timed shuttle service would help.

Huge room with great facilities (including a small kitchen), spotlessly clean and large bathroom with bath. Breakfast was included in the price and was perfectly adequate.

Just to note that the hotel is part of a small shopping complex and it took us a couple of minutes to find the hotel entrance - only a very minor issue.
