This was a perfect choice for our trip. If you drive to Turin this is a perfect choice. Free underground secure parking onsite. Then a 3 min walk to the train station where it’s only a three minute ride into downtown (1.70 euro each way). There is also a bus stop right next door. Also, breakfast is fantastic. The croissants are to die for. And the staff is so nice! The rooms are big, beds are really comfortable, good air conditioning, black out shades, and even a refillable water bottle which you can fill at a water station with nice cold water in the hall. Had some of the best sleep we have had in a very long time here! We loved Turin overall and our stay here was part of the reason.

- One of the highlights of the hotel is the staff, who go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and are helpful, efficient and friendly. - The building itself is quite something. Modern hotel facilities integrated in an ancient Roman structure, surrounded by public gardens. The area has nothing special but the hotel is modern and spacious. - Our room was big, clean, had a tea & coffee station and a glass bottle that you can refill using the water machine in the corridor. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, clean and modern. - The breakfast was correct, with sweet and savoury food to choose from, enough to get you going. - The train station is less than 5 minutes away on foot. - There is a supermarket just around the corner. - The parking is free and on floor -1. Same entrance as the supermarket parking.

The only negative is not the staff’s fault but the lack of empathy / understanding of drivers. We were travelling by electric car and one of the two parking spaces with charging station reserved for electric cars was always occupied by a non-electric vehicle, which means that we were unable to charge when the remaining space was being used. We had to reschedule our timetable and charge en-route. A clear notice posted on the wall of each of the two places would make a big difference

Interesting and exemplary mixed-use development combining social housing, a public park, a great supermarket, an upscale restaurant, and excellent reuse of heritage farm buildings whose history is creatively put on display. This place is a real plus for the surrounding community in an otherwise unexciting neighborhood, and local families make use of the park. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and spoke multiple languages. The onsite upscale restaurant was excellent and affordable. Free parking. Train station to downtown a short walk away.

The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat run-down. I don't recommend the boring and at-times sketchy 50 minute walk from the hotel to downtown Turin. However, there's a train station right by the hotel that'll get you close to the city centre quite fast.

New, modern facilities. Ok size room with good air-conditioning. Well thought-out facilities in room and bathroom. Free drinking water dispenser in hallway. Location very close to railway station and easy access to major roads. Breakfast room also functions as cafe and bar (open 24/7). Free garage parking (basically only 2 lots available though). Supermarket located in the same building.

Check-in will take some minutes without the hotel app. Breakfast could be a bit more varied esp. considering a longer stay. Breakfast room can be noisy when full. Street in front is quite busy and windows do not block all the noise. Doors also do not block all hallway noise.

Super friendly staff, great building, liked the concept of hotel/social residence, there were water fountains available so we could fill our bottles on the main areas. Room was comfortable. There was a free parking garage for our car and a supermarket right next to the hotel complex.

I understand that the Hotel have an eco friendly policy of saving energy through some measures, but we stayed through the hottest week in the early July and the air conditioners in the rooms are turned off between midnight and 6am. I searched for a hotel with air conditioner exactly due to the heat wave and was really surprised by this hotel policy. This was really the only down point.

Free parking in hotel (super market parking), big apartment ( 3 rooms ) , all new , cleaning , tv in all rooms , breakfast (good for this price) . Cleaning every day. Got even house slippers for the whole family 😀.Conditioners in all rooms . Good windows can't hear the street.

Only one card for open apartment , open all doors in complex (enter inside the complex , parking ... ) If you need take something from the car (parking) , all family stay with light in apartment because you need take the card . Not easy find the apartment ( 3 minutes walk 3 minutes to walk through the confusing corridors.

Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities and exceptional service. The staff was very polite, friendly, with a very good knowledge of English and always willing to help (there was a 24 hours reception service). The breakfast was very good with a great variety of sweets and pastries and also some cold cuts. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very warm. There was a very convenient free garage for our car accessible with the elevator directly from the floor of our rooms. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and for sure we will prefer it again for our next visit to Turin.

The location had not a very convenient connection to the city center. It is perfect if you have a car due to the free parking and the close access to the highway.

The room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent. The location was convenient, right above a supermarket. Despite the proximity to the supermarket, we found the surroundings were pretty quiet and we slept well with the windows opened. Parking was available underground and the EV charger was pretty convenient.

The room was a bit small for 3 people and there was very little storage space for our stuff, which we kept in our suitcases...

The room was big and very clean. Room cleaning services every day. Interesting and lively atmosphere, as the hotel is only a part of the big cascina, where there are also apartments and a social housing project.

The main issue is the location. It's a residential neighbourhood, without restaurants or things to do around. It's a train stop (4' train ride) to Porta Susa, one of the two main train stations of Torino. Porta Susa is 15-30' walking distance to the main attractions of the city. The trains pass quite often in general, but let's say on Sunday they do not. Plus, the last train leaves Porta Susa before 22.30, so if you want to stay a bit longer to the city centre you'll need to grab a taxi. We did it on Saturday night. The price was 14 euros (before midnight, I don't know if it's more expensive after 00.00). So I would suggest the hotel only to people who travel by car, to people who don't mind being back early in the evening or to people who don't mind paying for taxis.

Hotel is a restored country estate (now engulfed in the city limits), but done with taste and modern touches. Rooms are large, super clean with comfy beds. Bathroom equipped with everything. Good wifi. Excellent staff, at reception and breakfast. Polite and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent, there's even fresh orange juice you can press yourself. Parking included underneath the hotel. A 45minute walk to the centre, otherwise a 10min taxi ride. Would definitely stay here again.
