Very quiet area but close to everything

Disappointed with the breakfast as it wasn't what was described. We went to a lovely cafe in the village but was only offered croissants and coffee I think it was because we were the only ones staying so not worth making breakfast as I don't eat bread a bit of fruit would of been nice or a yoghurt

In the heart of the city centre, 30mins walk from the famous La Cinta Beach. Air conditioned with heating option. The kitchen is small but u can find everything what you need. Has a huge garden where you can eat/relax.

The breakfast is only one croissant with a drink. We had to pay extra for more food. They couldnt provide us baby cot.

Beautiful rooms, well decorated and very clean! Great position, quiet area, but near to everything! Lovely fresh croissants each morning and amazing coffee! Host is really nice and attentive.

Broken toilet seat in our room, slipping about when using toilet. Aircon unit leaking all over the floor on our second night and constant dripping. Host sorted it the following day and engineer fixed it straight away 👍🏻

-nice location, close to La Cinta beach -everyday cleaning -italian breakfast included (mortadella, yellow cheese, different sorts of yoghurt, cereals, fresh croissants, fruits, coffee, tea) -stuff very nice and polite, they quickly answered all our questions (they speak very good english) -big room with great view -very comfortable bed

-managed to connect to wifi but i had no internet -mosquito net would be really useful

lovely facilities, comfortable bed, awesome breakfast, staff were lovely and accommodating. very close to everything in town. Team let us leave our bags in common area for the day before our flight so we didn’t have to carry them around all day.

Great room, all new and well-maintained, it all seems brand new, with good beds, nice lighting and airco. Beautiful bathroom, super clean. The room has a great communal terrace at the back with comfy chairs and tables. Also a good breakfast (fresh croissants, organic yoghurt, fruit, cookies, etc) was served on the terrace. This all has the quality of a luxury hotel, but benefits from the personal attention of somebody who is taking care of her guests and the spaces very warmly, without being intrusive. We liked Pettirosso very much, but for us the village of San Teodoro is a bit boring and bland (October, most part of the properties are holiday rentals, and almost all were deserted). We had been biking all over Sardegna, and were on our way back to the airport, so San Teodoro then is a very convenient location to travel back from Olbia Airport. We can imagine that San Teodoro must be great for its beaches, but not for the place itself.

Excellent place, great location in the centre, very clean room, good breakfast, everything was really perfect. Claudia is great and made us feel very welcome. There is a big market just 3 min away and lots of restaurants and shops with unique products.

Very close to city center and in same time very quiet. At the breakfast you must go to the café there you can take coffee and croissant.

We got an early check in. Claudia is the best conciege-receptionist-house keeper - all in one. The young lady as well she was so kind, sorry did not get the name.

It is just the local their no one speak English, luckily Claudia helped us a lot. Thanks again !
