We really liked the retro disco that has been organised in the hotel, as well as the hotel itself with its lovely ambient. We also liked the different types of foods that have been offered for dinner.

The programs in the hotel were facilitated only in Italian language, hence we couldn't participate and we couldn't fully enjoy them.

The staff were super friendly and really did their very best to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great - close to some of the best beaches in the area. Facilities are excellent, and the grounds are impeccably maintained.

The room was OK, not enormous but had all that was needed for a comfortable stay. Hot water was a bit temperamental, sometimes had to wait for a bit for it to come out. The buffet restaurant was excellent but its organisation seemed to be a bit stretched.

The staff was exceptionally kind, the food was good with a lot of choice from buffet menu ( great choice of bakery and cakes) the access to the beach, and nice piano bar entertainment during dinner. The airco in the room was functioning well, which was very important during the heat wave in July, and the wifi was working in the rooms and around the facility, which is the first time ever we had experienced this in Sardegna. The management went the extra step allowing us to have a late check out the last day with no extra charge. They even found my kindle I forgot in the room and promised to send it to me.

The cleaning of the room was done every day and done well, but I ignore the reason they did not change our bed sheets during our 2 week stay. We usually had apples, pears, kiwis and bananas, and there were melons and watermelons, but some more summer fruits on the menu would’ve been nice

The main entrance is tastefully designed leading into a piazza and then the swimming pool area. Wonderfully kept pool and space to lounge out but also a great acqua-gym to break up the day. A pre-paid card makes the bar experience painless while the staff are very friendly and attentive. Perfectly set up breakfast buffet with outside seating in the shade around the main piazza. Wide selection from cereals to scrambled eggs along with a plethora of pastries and bread. Nice touch was the water with lemon and mint, perfect start to the day. Lunch and dinner are in the same vein.

Nothing really ... There was a bit of chaos in the early stages of dinner but it settled down ...

The hotel's swimming pool meets expectations, although swimming caps only can be used in Swimming caps can be bought for 3 Euros at the reception. When we arrived there was a shortage of items. The dinner selection was adequate. The children's dance in the evening was good, the staff was enthusiastic, the children loved it. On the organized boat trip, the staff member (Angelo) and the lady who organized the trip (unfortunately, her name has not been preserved) did an excellent job. The pool bar staff were nice to my daughter.

Overall, I had a great time in Sardinia with my daughter. The most disappointing experience was the accommodation. We paid around 1,500 euros for seven nights. The staff speaks virtually no English. The room is small and occupied. Condensate water from the air conditioner of the upper neighbor dripped onto the roof of the terrace. The light bulb was burnt out, the blackout curtain was torn, it could be held together with a hair clip. The bathroom needs serious renovation, in the shower cabin a dirty gray cord of unknown origin hangs against the wall. The breakfast selection was poor, the eggs were often cold and disgusting. The dining room staff are often irritable and rude. The "lunch box" consists of two small buns, a nectarine, a bottle of water and a juice. Organized tours are already overbooked upon arrival. The biggest problem is the evening "teatro". It is so close to most rooms that it is impossible to rest or sleep until it ends at 11pm. It is unimaginable to be there with small children, it is so loud that you can hear the program in the room, as if you were listening to the TV at medium volume. Overall, it is a slightly weaker than average place, the evening calmness and the bath are especially poor.

Food was really delicious also the staff was nice and very helpfull. Location was nice.

Unfortunately, this place was VERY noisy and nearly impossible to sleep at night. I'm young person but there was loud annoying music every night till around 2-3 in the morning. The dj stage was located near all rooms and after music stops you can hear your neighbours shouting because rooms had paperlike walls. I unfortunately dont think the small room in such conditions was worth the money and when you dont sleeo for whole week its not much good.

The entire staff is great - they made us feel good for the stay. I had also the chance to get to know the directors/managers and they are really kind people - you can really see that they do and want to take care of their customers. The services offered are also quite good: - it's easy to rent a car (or a boat tour), really relaxed and kind people, not cheaters you need to worry about - nursery room for babies/small children - punctual and good daily cleaning with towels changed on-demand (and for free) also every day - bar available until midnight, quite convenient for icecreams/water, etc. - free bus shuttle service multiple times a day to take you to the Cinta Beach - nice playground for kids Food is great - it will make you feel better everyday :) Entertainment: - Live music every day (quite nice, to be honest), multiple times a day - and the singer is good - TH Land (children entertainment) unfortunately available only from the 15th of June on, however, they did what they could to make our kids dance and have fun Room: - OK, with basic utilities (TV/Safe/powerful AC) - Nice little terrace outside to enjoy a bit of quiet and beautiful Sardinian surrounding Overall the feeling was: - great experience - awesome quiet which you can't experience anymore in a city, unfortunately - no feeling of being cheated on (like you might get elsewhere) - everything you need is there - if you don't find it, just ask, the staff will do their best to make it happen Side note: - I highly recommend the service Tueco (https://www.santeodorobeach.com/en/) a bus shuttle service which took us (2 grownups, 2 kids) from/to the Olbia airport for just 25 euro. Unlike the 80 or even 170 euro asked by Taxis or private shuttle services.

The location could be better - unfortunately, while it's "just" about 10-15 minutes from the San Teodoro center (which is really nice!) it requires walking a road with a 10-15% slope: this can be a lot especially if it's hot (between 12:00 and 16:00), if you have small kids, or if your knees/legs are not as fit as they were in your 20's. Plus, the street is not really nice to walk - no proper sidewalk, etc. This is not a big issue if you rent a car (to go to different beaches, like Lu Impostu and others) The closest beach (Cala D'Ambra) is maybe not the nicest in the surrounding (if you consider La Cinta, Lu Impostu, and others...), and I have the feeling that it's more of a "Solarium". You can still enjoy the beach/sea there (which is still the awesome Sardinian/Tyrrhenian Sea, with clean/transparent water and all that), but you might have to walk further to avoid algae laying at the sea shore as you can see in some pictures from other reviews. Plus, if you want a 100% sandy beach, this is not the beach for you, as it's a mix between sand and pebbles: I recommend a pair of water shoes in this case. Overall, I enjoyed laying down and bathing at this beach, but it's not as good as the others - a luxury problem that Sardinia creates thanks to super beautiful beaches everywhere. The Isuledda beach (overall nicer) takes about 10-15 minutes to reach - we did it with 2 kids (4 and 1), totally doable by foot - just don't do it between 12:00-16:00 in July/August, when it get super hot.
