Resort is really well managed and facilities are run well. Clean and comfortable. The pool area was really nice and it a great plus that it has a beach on the property, even though it is a bit away from the resort itself. There is a shuttle service during summer which is nice. All in all, great value for the money.

Beds could have been better in our rooms, shower was really small.

Having our own space. The rooms were basic and ample in size. The beach was lovely and ideal with the sun beds. Ice creams and drinks reasonably priced.

The air con wasn’t very cold (even on the coldest setting). No kettle or toaster in the kitchen. Although not a massive issue, we boiled water in a saucepan to make coffee and we just had bread! Not all of the items sold in the on site shop can be used in the pool which is naughty. We purchased a ball and was told by the lifeguard it was too big to use! Another family bought a rubber ring from the shop for their young daughter and was told the same! The pool is salt water and did sting sensitive eyes The photos do give the impression of a higher standard than what the reality was. The grounds could do with a bit more upkeep and the gym is very basic. The dumbbells started at 12kg so eliminating anyone who may not be able to lift that weight or above.

The spa facilities were amazing, the swimming pool was really nice, the view from the apartment was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful with giving tips of where to eat. They were also very attentive and responsive to our whatsapp messages for every question we had. The room was clean and comfortable. The beach at the resort had beautiful views. Very close to San teodoro by car.

The only thing we had a problem with was that there were lots of ants right next to our entrance/at the outdoor dining area. However, every time the ants came back, we texted reception and someone was sent within a few hours to try to fix the problem. The single beds in our apartments weren't the most comfortable, they would glide around a bit when you make the slightest move on the bed.

Lovely swimming pool. Good sized room. 3 restaurants onsite offered good selection. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Towels replaced everyday which didn’t seem very environmentally friendly. DJ at swimming pool seemed to want to sing (badly) along with music. Not sure why. Sometimes music at swimming pool too loud. Preferred the chilled vibes. Good selection of vegetarian options at buffet restaurant. Would have wanted more vegetarian options at other restaurants.

- would be nice to have a sponge and a little dishwashing detergent in the kitchen, or at least cloth for wiping out the food preparation area and dining table - would be awesome if there was a cheap and regular (a few times a day) shuttle service to Monti Pitrosu , otherwise a rental car is a must

Lovely hotel. The hotel beach was about 5 or 10 minute walk. There was also a hotel shuttle bus that would bring you to and from the beach. There was also umbrellas and beds at the beach (no cost). The water was crystal clear! There was also a snack van. Everything you need! Breakfast buffet was excellent... We had a rental car so we could go to the nearby towns for pizza in the evening but the onsite restaurants were good. So for us it had everything. No complaints! :)

Big spacious rooms. It was very clean and staff were friendly. Shuttle services to rooms and beach available making everything feel like a real vacation. The beach is lovely and easy accessible. Breakfast + Dinner buffet had a wide variety of delicious food, also Italian:) i.e. local & continental delicacies.

- our room (my wife and I) shared a common door with and our immediate neighbours. Even the slightest cough on the other side could be heard and this certainly didn’t ensure utmost privacy. - we had booked our room with breakfast included. However, the last day of check out turned out rather early, approx. 6:30am due to our early flight. We got the option to pick up our paid for breakfast from the reception as a take-away which we found very kind and were very appreciative for. This breakfast was unfortunately nothing up to standard. We got ourselves something more decent at the airport.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The bungalows were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The outdoor area was stunning, with beautiful landscaping and impeccable maintenance. I appreciated the privacy and uninterrupted stay. Additionally, the inclusion of charging facilities for electric cars was a convenient and eco-friendly touch. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for its friendly staff, spacious bungalows, gorgeous outdoor area, privacy, and sustainability efforts.

The selection of dinner buffet could be wider.

The accommodation was great, reception and the general service as well. An airco in one of the rooms did not work properly, it was fixed within 30 minutes of my call to the reception. Good restaurants with varied choice of food. But the joy of our stay was the animation team! Really made a difference with organising games, sport, dance, singing and shows! Thanks :-)

The swimming pool has salt water, we did not really like that. The bar with excellent drinks made up for it!
