Stayed for one night... hotel is about 10 to 12 minutes walk from soronno train station..frequent trains to milan and best if u want to go to lake como. Very good staff,room was spacious..very neat and clean. Hotel has lift. Taxi if u want are easily available from station to hotel.u need to.exit from the main entrance of the station only to get to this hotel. Thier breakfast was typical Italian with continental food also but good choices and very tasty.. staff are very good..all are very kind and helpful. There is luggage storage also in this hotel. Best part was they gave us an early check in since our flight arrived early morning. Will surely stay if I come back...

Nothing everything was fine... it would be extra advantage if hotel provides shuttle to its guests from train station to thier hotel. Rest all things are good...

Everything was great, I would highly recommend this place to business travellers and also families. The facilities are nice and cosy, especially the bathroom area. Breakfast choices are also very respectful, with many options for hot/cold sandwiches, eggs, croissants and other sweets and fruits. didn't expect such choice.

Not sure if the air conditioning works as the room get's a lot of sun, it might get pretty hot in the summer time, but that I can't predict that as I stayed in the end of March.

Excellent location, near the center and also the railway station providing very fast commute to the center of Mlan. Spacious underground parking. Polite and helpful staff, the lady at the reception arranged a reservation for the restaurant nearby despite the late hour. Very good breakfast. Also very clean. The rooms are simple but equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable, although not luxurious, stay.

the hotel in Milano is really expensive, so we decided stay in the Cyrano, which is between airport and downtown Milano, can arrive by train in 30 min.. the hotel in about 10 min. walk from the train station, easy to find, and really quiet. Breakfast have many choice, and coffee is good.

Front desk staff was AMAZING. Moreno provided us true Italian grace and gentility. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. Hotel Cyrano is a very safe 10 minute walk from the clean, well run train station in Saronno. Fantastic location near a laundromat and little hole in the wall eateries

The air con was not working the nights we stayed there

Lovely hotel, a tad old-fashioned but well-equipped. We were welcomed cordially and parking was easy. The room was large and the beds were great. Breakfast was great as well. The hotel was easy to reach and close to the highway to Switzerland, so great for overnight stays!

The airconditioning didn't work properly and the bathroom fan was very noisy.

The hotel was good also staff , train was just 10 on foot You can go to como with direct train and to the airport just 18 minutes by train

The location was not good if you want visit Milan it about one hour by train , the cleaning they just change towel but the didn’t make up the room as requested

After a long and stressful journey we were greeted with such warmth and helpfulnes. We were in a van which didn't fit in their car park - so they moved a car from out front and we parked in their bay in front of the hotel.

We were only there for one night but I have nothing at all to complain about. The bed was comfy, breakfast delicious, the staff fantastic.
