The apartment was stylish and right in the centre of the beautiful town of Scicli. It was clean and warm. We were offered a lovely breakfast for only 5E which was perfectly worth the price. The staff was nice enough. I would definitely come back!

I am not sure if we had the same room we had ordered as the booking.com site indicated a double room with an extra single bed, but there was only a divan bed in the apartment. There may be a confused information on the booking.com website.

This hotel is not exactly a hotel. I mean there are hotels, apartments and rooms in the list of properties managed by these very young sicilians who decided to go back home and try to change their city. Hats off to these guys, they made us feel welcome and were truly amazing. The room we had, had its own garden, we saw some of the other rooms and the main hotel and just gorgeous is the only word for it. Scicli is soo pretty we are going back for sure. Strongly recomending this hotel even on my peronal blog. Very very nice - good job!!!!!

By far the best place ever to stay in Scicli! * They’re informative and the communication before arrival and during our stay was clear and most importantly friendly. * Stayed with them 4 years ago before covid so was hoping things wouldn’t have changed.. I wasn’t disappointed. They’re still very good and professional. * On arrival we were given a free upgrade with a private balcony - beautiful large apartment. * Daily cleaning service and fresh towels if required. I’d be amazed if anyone could find anything negative to say about them. Thanks again and see you hopefully soon! 😊

absolutely nothing - perfect 😊

Staff was very helpful throughout the reservation process and stay. We were renting two apartments and the location wasn't clear to us; staff quickly responded to make recommendations and determine our preferences. The property was in a quiet location with easy parking in front and a few minute walk to the Grotto restaurant. The apartment was light filled, spotless and comfortable, with a balcony. Perfect location to explore Scicli.

We got a free upgrade to a very spacious room (with a big terrace) in a different location than we had booked, but still close to where we wanted to be, with the convenience of an elevator, and easier on-street parking possibilities nearby.

In the Property Highlights it states FREE parking and Breakfast Info 'Continental, Italian, Buffet', and next to it 'You can enjoy a sweet and savory breakfast daily, served at the bar located in the main building', but when we asked for the prices at check-in we were told that no breakfast was served because of the low season. This was actually a major disappointment, especially since it turned out to be is so difficult to find a café that offers more than just coffee and pastries. And the free parking was in our case referring to finding one-self empty places on the street, which we not always did.

Location of and access to apartment were excellent. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and informative, especially Helena and Ignazio. They helped with luggage and Ignatzio personally attended to a problem and created the solution. The apartment was well appointed, fitted out and comfortable. Will use them again.

Shower in # 17 Terra was too small for anyone overweight. Toasting facility was inadequate and needs an electric toaster.

The location in Scili was amazing, right in the city center. (They do have more appartments spread throughout Scili). Super clean room and the staff was very friendly. Scili itself is such a nice place to discover! A very authentic experience, the accommodation included. Paid or free parking nearby, the host will give you directions.

Good location with easy parking outside the property. Access is very good as it’s on a flat street, much of the town is hilly. The staff were helpful and welcoming.

The property was cold and needed the reverse cycle air conditioner running when inside to keep warm.

Was upgraded to an Executive room in Palazzo Favacchio, beautifully restored and refurbished to the highest standards, including the marble staircases and ceiling frescoes. The room and bathroom were both spacious and well equipped. A five-minutes walk to the main sites in and around Via Francisco Mormina Penna. An excellent buffet breakfast was served in the palazzo.

Well located, although Scicli is small so everything is close.

We were two couples. One room was beautiful with the stone walls. The other was just a plain small room, up a flight of stairs. So, it’s unequal when traveling with friends and a bit deceptive when looking at the website.
