Rooms were exactly as pictured. Very clean. We booked breakfast, which provided us with a kitchen with a great selection of items. The location is close to the highway, so you're not traveling dark roads. Queen room even has a balcony to sit and enjoy the evening air. Highly recommend a stay if passing through or for extended stay. There's even a 24-hour laundry mat next door for convenience.

Spacious suite - Host was very cooperative and provided us with very detailed information about check in procedures. Also she communicated with us on daily basis to make sure everything is fine. Location is few minutes walking from Serravalle outlet mall in case you come for shopping.

There was a bit of noise coming from the neighboring apartments. The price is a bit high.

The bnb was located very close to Serravelle Designer Outlet and free parking just in front. It has a kitchenette outside of the rooms which was very well equipped for breakfast and we really enjoyed the spread. There is a laundromat just below the b&b. The host was very friendly and helpful with our requests.

The heating was central heating and we could not adjust the temperature so it did get cold at night. We manage to request for heating to be turned on by the host.

Clean and comfortable place specially if your with family. it includes breakfast and they even give so much variety of food for breakfast, my kids love it and my elderly mom. you are able to cook and all you need for cooking is available in the property. Easy access for the key. I Highly Recommended this property. If i go go Seravalle Shopping outlet again i will definitely come back to this property. The staff is excellent. The location is very good. Free parking right under the windows of the room. The room was very clean. Great bed with good mattress. Small comment about the shower faucet-it's time to change it (cold/hot water-with surprises). But mostly a great experience. Highly recommended!

great spot walking distance to a great mall that was the reason for our visit and family.

you need comfortable mattresses and better locks with extra keys. If one of us went out the other couldnt go anywhere because we couldnt lock the door or get back in

The location was nearby the Serravalle outlet. The Rooms were not so small and it was large, the bathroom was also very good. We enjoyed a lot our stay!

The breakfast was super good but the smell in the Kitchen was not so nice.. This was very the only thing that we can say about it, all the other things were great!!

Very friendly owner, easy (self) check-in, large space, free public parking in front of the house, extremely clean, kitchen very well equipped (can't think of anything missing except a dishwasher). The whole breakfast is ready upon your arrival in the afternoon. The place is a small apartment foreseen for three people. There is a pizzeria downstairs who makes great food and take away. The shopping center is a few hundred meters away, however I would still suggest to go by car, such easier.

You can hear your neighbors who rent the room next door, but who do not have access to the kitchen. All doors are locked, incl. the access to kitchen exclusively for you. The self check-in (you get a code, you open your door and that's it) comes across as a bit distant. You will never meet anybody, but by WhatsApp message. All communication is online. Fine for me. Just be aware.

Near outlet and big market ( by car , walking is difficult because of very small and bad sidewalk ) its in small business building with small ristorante ( nice pizza) and laundry under . You have small breakfast in kitchen

It was to hot to sleep , AC should be turned on for guests before they come in. We couldn’t cool the rooms until midnight. And even then was unpleasant to sleep . Noise from street its the main road to novo ligure and outlet . More less you get sleep over and kitchen to prepare meal which is good if you need .

My first time in a BnB and i was not disappointed. The place was perfect for what it was and the kitchen was well stocked, despite other reviewers being disappointed. Bathroom and shower was excellent. I had no problem staying here and would stay again.
