We stayed at this hotel on our way back to Germany from Italy. The location was very convenient, being close to the highway and easy to find. The room and kitchen were spotless and well-equipped, providing everything we needed to prepare for our long journey the next day. The large refrigerator, including a freezer, was particularly useful—we were able to freeze our water and fruits for the trip. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge relief in the 38°C heat, especially considering that many 3-4 star hotels in Italy struggle with this. Additionally, the lady who assisted us (unfortunately, I can’t recall her name) was extremely friendly and helpful.

The owneress of Dely B&B is very kind and prepares for you anything you wish to have - sweets, eggs, ham, cheese...it is a calm area and you are not disturbed either by the road ot the church in the surrounding. Large room with large wardrobe and bathroom with tiolet is fine even for more than 2 or 3 nights. Curtains in the room to dark the appartmet were already installed by the owneress. It is also perfect starting point to get to Genova. Direction - how to get to appartments is well described in the confirmation email and you can communicated with the owneress directly. Dely B&B breakfast area and sleeping area are in the same street but of the opposite each other.

Apartments were a bit hidden on the construction site close to the street which did not have regular turn on sign from the main street. Using the Waze was impossible to find it. However, now it may be OK to find it and construction may be finished. We strongly recommend to the owneress to replace the fixed door in the room with the window which could be used as ventilation to let the fresh air in.

My stay at Dely B&B was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort.

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were spotless, and the owner personally served a wonderful breakfast. She was an attentive host, making us feel at home. The room and bathroom temperature were perfect.

This was a great stay. We got a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Our hostess was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this B&B for a restful night.

Great location near the autostrada. Wonderful to park inside the gate. Convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. She waited on us for breakfast 😊 which was very good.

Construction out front was confusing. But host helped us find our way in the dark.

Absolutely superb. Beautifully furnished room, with ensuite facilities. Shower room / toilet immaculate. Use of lovely kitchen includes fridge/ freezer and microwave. The place is within 8 minutes walk of Arquata Scrivia Stazione with direct trains to Genova, Milano and Torino. Also within the town of Arquata numerous bars, restaurants and pizzerias nearby. And banks.

Very cute and comfy room, convenient and safe parking, super friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. This was a charming B&B! I would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing, it was great!

Location - walk distance from the train station. Facilities - new, spacious, clean, cozy. Kitchen area - very valuable feature. Attentitive and kind host. Parking - although it says there is no parking, you can park your car just across the street in the public parking (most probably for free, at least during our stay). Property photos correspond to reality.

Just one little suggestion - would be great if window/door could be opened for a fresh breeze (but it didnt bother so much).

Poor sound insulation between rooms. You could hear everything the neighbors in the other room were talking about.
