The views are spectacular. The service was great. Breakfast is exceptional with so many choices, At dinner I received my first amuse bouche. The star for us was the bar tender Pietro. He was engaging and knowledgeable. He answered questions from sightseeing to history. He also made an amazing Hugo spritz. The stunning view from the outside dining is a must experience. There is a park and trail behind the hotel. The trail leads to an amazing overvuewof the sea and the sea pool. All this in a romantic, elegant, old world setting.

This hotel is just simply beautiful. What a wonderful place. Staff were nice. Great location with an elevator to get from the hotel to the Main Street (avoids the hill walk). Stunning views from all over. Nice restaurant on site for great food and drinks. Very enthusiastic bar man. Clean and tidy rooms. Overall a wonderful stay. Next time we will be staying longer

Beautiful seaside property with a private beach and Michelin rated restaurant. Lovely architecture and grounds. It has a private beach which is rather small. And the “pool” is an area of water in the ocean by the beach. It’s a very nice facility. I wish the mattress was more comfortable but that seems to be an issue in many places in Italy

Wish you had alternate dinner options that aren’t so expensive and fancy. Maybe lower level is fancy and upper level is more of a cafe menu. Room doors and windows weren’t soundproof. We heard a lot of outside noise.

The location is exclusive and private. Easy connection to the city using the hotel's private elevator going down to the beach. The rooms are stylish, the breakfast selection is large and the meals are delicious. The hotel is surrounded by a large and well-maintained park.

Very nice hotel. I didn't realize it was a castle! The elevator to the tunnel is super fun! Location and views - both excellent!

Room decor matched that of a castle. Maybe update that, but overall it was a very nice hotel.

Beautiful situation and lovely large room with terrace.

We found the bed rather uncomfortable (we prefer foam to springs, or at least a foam topper) and the poor sound proofing to the adjacent room mean we suffered a lot of noise when they came in late.

Location is great. The building is historic with great views. The breakfast was lovely.

Bed was two folding beds joined together and uncomfortable. Not what you would expect from a £300per night hotel. Soundproofing not great you could hear the room next door pretty clearly. Had to pay extra to use the beach, which we were not told about until we checked out.

The breakfast is nothing special like a another hotel. the room need a kettle and tea making facility which any other hotel provided . We had to go over to the resturant side to have a cup of tea which was very anoying.
