Lovely quirky decor, fabulous friendly staff - even with a language barrier and a very comfy bed, quaint little bathroom what more do you need. Walking distance to rail link so a visit to Pisa was a must. Open Roof top bar is an extra bonus weather permitting. Ample parking

Bit tricky to find hidden in the hills but Google maps got us there. Walked down to the seafront via steps through a few houses but great really no complaints. If I was really being picky a mirror in the bedroom would have been useful

The staff were soooo friendly. Rooftop is great and there was lots of space for parking. The croissants at breakfast were to die for - but make sure you’re down early enough!

Our room didn’t have aircon - not the hotels fault as this was specified in the small print but we didn’t realise and it was very hot at night

Very clean and comfy room. It is a bit small, especially the shower but that is ok. All you need is there and the vibe is very comfortable. At the premises you can park and you can sit outside at many spots. It is just a short walk down the stairs to the beach.

Very interesting complex with various posibilities of accomodation, lot of places and patios outside in the yard, where you can enjoy your breakfast, coffee, wine... Very nice personal. Everything was Very easy and smooth. Thank you.

For us, the bed wasn't really comfortable, but I understand that it is a matter of taste🙂. Quite small shower, but it's sufficient.

Great experience in Lavagna! We enjoyed really everything! 5 minutes to the free beach in Lavagna Bus station in 5 minutes too, from there you can go to Sestri Levante or to the Lavagna center In the hotel you can have a breakfast for 7 euro and you also can visit bar on the roof in the evening Washing machine is available for 8 euro We definitely recommend this place 👌

Everything! Clean, comfortable, convenient, and affordable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and kind yet professional; the room is spacious, and tastefully decorated. The view and the the garden are beautiful. Dinner and breakfast are delicious.

The location was very good. You have the beach 5 minutes away walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful We forgot our sunglasses and they found them and kept them for us. The hotel was very cozy

She kindly changed our dates when we couldn't arrive in time due to car problems, the room was nice and clean, breakfast was great and Marilina was kind enough to recommend areas nearby worth visiting and suggested the best way of getting there. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back! :)

The hostess of the hotel was more than fantastic. She took good care of us and provided us with option for being more comfortable at the hotel stay. We can not forget this great hospitality.

Amazing location and view from the room. Exceptional breakfast at the garden. Small boutique hotel. We would be really glad to return back here. On Friday the roof-top was opened with some live music. Highly recommended. I was sceptical, when reading other comments. Could not find anything what I didn't like. Great place for a long - weekend.
