Super nice breakfast; Rooftop pool has a great atmosphere. The location is good, you canwalk over to the Arechological Park Neapolis. Also, Parking is very convenient.

The hotel is located next to a busy street, and the rooms are quite noisy. Our first room was facing the street, so we kindly asked for a different, quiter room. We then got sent to a room that hadnt been cleaned yet and was full of diapers, had to wait there for the next room for a while. Staff apologized and upgraded us to a bigger room. The rooms are still quite noisy, and also not getting really dark at night despite the curtains. Shower equipment is super rusty and dirty. The free POArking Lot is not guarded!

There room was a corner twin bed room, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, coffee and tea making facilities, quiet. The breakfast was good, hot and cold options, cappuccino by machine 2€ charge if they make it for you. Delicious fruit pies and cannoli. The staff were always helpful and informative. Roof top outside sitting area that we used every evening for a drink and a snack after our daily outings. The dining room is the same room as the breakfast room, and is on the rooftop as well. It is a pleasant clean room, and the staff are attentive to the tables. Outside parking was free and we were able to park there throughout our stay. If it is full there is inside parking for a fee. There is a hop on hop off bus stop one block away from the hotel at the charge of 5€for the day, and another bus company that offers the same service for 10€ per day, both have the same pick up place. The hotel is short walking distance to the Greek amphitheater, the catacombs of SAN Giuseppe, and the church of Mary Lacrime. Walking distance to the old city, Island of Ortigia was longer and it took approximately 30 minutes. The hotel is easy to drive to from the motorway.

We enjoy a room with a balcony, but this hotel does not have balconies, we enjoyed the rooftop terrace as an alternative. Everything was good.

I had a good experience during my stay! The room was spacious, and the location was ideal, especially if you have a car. It's conveniently situated near several tourist attractions, making it an excellent choice for explorers. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Mercure standards. It takes around 25 minutes to walk from the Hotel to the Island of Ortigia.

While my stay was enjoyable, I must note that the breakfast option was quite expensive for what was available.

Private parking, perfect location to the Greek theater, clean, even a rooftop pool though small.

I got a repeated messages from the hotel asking me to do an online check in before arrival. It took me more than half an hour to fill in the 5 of us's details so I hoped we can check in quickly by just showing our IDs. But it took us half an hour to check in anyway because the front desk had to verify the IDs and the details I've put in. Not the fault of the hotel system but next time I will not do the pre check in online.

Good location close to hop on hop off bus. Hotel mainly clean (some dust around but normal for city) Staff mainly very good with some moments.

Aircon blocked at 24 but we think this is italian law Pool ok but smallish and only 8 sunbeds. They pimped the panoramic view for eating and the bar but closed off that area at night and breakfast mainly. Pool towels 3 euros each but not sure what the shtick was if that was per day or for the duration. We got pool tokens at the end of the week to hand in to reception. To what purpose we never knew.

The breakfast was very good. The look of our room and bathroom was beautiful: tastful use of color and material. In the hotel was a very good retaurant. Some musea and sites were near the hotel.

There were no glasses in our room; only carton cups that leaked. I called roomservice to send some glasses, but they came with moe papercups. The shower was not working propetly. The room had an unpleadant smell. Some of the people working there were not friendly. There were not many goog restaurants close to the hotel.

Pleasant modem hotel very near the ancient amphitheatre. we used the hop on/hop off bus ( bus stop nearby) to explore Siracusa. We then returned and used the restaurant on the sixth floor- which was excellent, and good value.

why provide tiny paper cups with the coffee/tea making facilities? a normal cup/mug that is washed afterwards is more environmentally friendly. the disposal cups are unpleasant to use too. an unnecessary cost cutting measure imo, that doesn’t reflect the overall quality of the hotel.

The location was easy to access with a car and there was parking available. The archeological site was just across the road. Swimming pool good and breakfast excellent. Room good with excellent air-conditioning which was essential as it was very hot. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location was a 20 minute walk from the historic centre, Ortygia, but I expected this.

The room was huge and we had a jacuzzi tub . we ordered without breakfast so can't tell you about it. the air-conditioning was set to warm only so if we wanted fresh air we had to open the window - the down side of it is the car and street noise that enters... the location is 30 minutes by foot from the action in Ortygia but its safe to walk. we used the free parking of the hotel and it was free of charge.

The staff were the best bit of the hotel, helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar was lovely and the restaurant was also excellent with very good food. We were lucky to get free parking at the back of the hotel but there is also paid for parking. The bed was very comfy and the facilities in the room all that you would hope to expect. The hotel is also very close to the archaeological park and museums so a good place to base yourself if you are interested in these.

The walls between the rooms are thin and at midnight we were woken by someone returning to the room next door and switching on their television very loud.
