We enjoyed the large garden and almost private pool.. We had a 2 year old with us and he enjoyed the stoll to reach the sink, extra toys and children's kitchen wear. Host was great. Lots of info and easy to access. He responded quickly. There were also some toys at the pool and plenty sun loungers. Easy private parking and 3km walk from Sirmione. Local shops, restaurants within walking distance. Just take jungle spray as you are close to the amazing lake.

Could have been a little cleaner, just a few spiders webs in corners and could be updated but it was a 3 star so was exactly that. We has some very early riser neighbours 5.30am some days and you could hear chatting and some.sounds from other apartments but not too bad..there were no parties. We are used to a detached house so a little more sensitive to sound perhaps.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It has a beautiful garden with olive trees and a terrace, and we spent most of the time outside. It's furnished to fit all our holiday needs, from cooking to relaxing and even swimming. The pool outside is fabulous, and kept us busy every day. If not during the morning, then we cooled off in it in the evenings. Our host was also very kind and was in contact when we needed her.

The only thing we mentioned to the host as negative are the beds. The main bed is way too hard and caused bad back ache. The sofa bed in the living room is soft and squeeky, so kids kept waking each other up. The host told us that they will put it on the renovations list for the future changes.

The location is perfectly fine, behind a small harbour, with a good sight to Malava pizzeria (pretty good place), close to the downtown, close to the shore, yet still in a quiet place. The apartment is cozy, the swimming pool is super, also the garden is very beautiful. Paola was our contact, she contacted me before arriving on whatsapp, discuss everything, also she was waiting for us, explained everything we would need, and we could contact her anytime in case we need something. She's a super host. We would like to come next year as well. :)

Not a real complain: maybe a microwave owen would be nice to have, but it's not a thing that you couldn't live without.

The property is absolutely adorable and in a perfect location to go to Sirmione old town as well as visiting other surrounding areas. Paola is super responsive and very helpful. It’s an absolute bargain, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend a lovely time near Sirmione

The only tiny thing I was a bit sad about was the swimming pool being unavailable this time of the year. I was hoping to lay by it. Just a minor detail though, compared to the lovely stay.

Everything was spotless clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of extra covers and towels. Our host was lovely. She give us information on the local area. Best restaurants etc. Few minutes drive to the castle and the thermal spa. Will definitely come back.

Wish the pool was open on warm day's, but I do understand that it's the cleaning involved and the time of year.

A superb little apartment, much better than the photos show. Stunning garden, lovely pool area and well resourced. Half hour walk into the old town and five mins from shops and restaurants.

The sofa bed was uneven and the AC was very weak.

Apartment very nice and well equipped. Lovely pool and garden area. Paola our host was very helpful. Location quite good with reliable bus service that took you to historic centre.

The apartment overall was nice. Location, amenities and furnishing. Walking distance to the beach and necessary stores. Paola as a host was super! She promptly attended all of our questions and requests.

Air conditioning could have been better. The ac was good but installed at a place which did not provide good coverage.

The staff is really helpful from day1 with clear direction where to enter the property and to park the car. The room is spacious with balcony. Full kitchen set if you want to do some cooking. They have a coffee machine to offer but you will need to bring the coffee cube yourself
