The food was extraordinary! They made accommodations for my vegan husband that were delicious. The rooms were great for families with plenty of room for the kids. The location was perfect, next to the gondola. You could rent ebikes onsite which made it easy to explore.

It would have been great to get clear hiking and biking maps for the region. We had a hiking map and tried to overlay that with bikes, could have been a little clearer.

It was very friendly. it felt like visiting a friend. It was also great for dogs! our pup got a bag of treats, bowls and a dog bed. the spa treatments were amazing!

Everything! the breakfast, dinners and how nice the staff was! very thoughtful recommending even where to go run! and they were amazing for our dog Alfred giving him dog cookies in the room.

The Ritterhof is an absolute gem for visits to the Dolomites. The staff was exceptional and thoughtful. The gourmet meals were astonishing. Location was in the heart of the mountain area.

This is a family business and it shows…Simon, his wife, Monika…all extremely friendly and they really care about their visitors! Top!

I liked the very warm welcome. We stayed for one night only. We had a really outstanding diner and a very good breakfast. Extremely friendly staff and waitresses. Very clean room and linnen. Lovely bathroom. Nice extra's for guests, such as pastries in the afternoon and a really nice acivity week program. When leaving we received a small bottle of 'Rittergeist'. I liked the knight and castle theme of the hotel. The welness area was nice but due to COVID it meant sceduling in order to make sure not too many guests were using the sauna at the same time.

I expected the facilty to be in a quiet place, for me the pictures suggested this. In reality the hotel is in a village. To be honest, I didn't mind it after all and sleeping at the backside we heard nothing but sounds of nature.

all in all a very nice hotel. the positives: newly renovated. modern design all inclusive package or half board if desired great pool and sauna area lovely views from communal areas the communal areas are the best part super clean breakfast was nice and the 6 courses had a very good menu

as it just re opened after a full renovation, there are a few improvements needed for 4 star quality and for the nightly room price. the team is nice and helpful but seems a bit preoccupied the rooms on booking are only classified into two groups and state that there are views but not all rooms have views. would recommend referencing the hotel website or putting in the notes your requests (views, higher floor, not facing the highway). this summer it’s unseasonably hot so the rooms retain a lot of heat due to the wood design and small space. it was very difficult to sleep or stay in the room for more than a short period. no AC or fans. Very little air circulation in some of the rooms so need to have doors open all the time. The dinner course was nice and the menu had some good options, just a little inconsistent in terms of service. Would recommend booking without the all inclusive and adding on dinner 1 or 2 nights as it’s a more reasonable price for the service and accommodations. Unfortunately booking only offers the all inclusive pricing.
