Great.breakfast, large selection, very tasty offerings, nice staff, and lovely late afternoon snacks. the owner was very helpful and hospitable and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable.

The bed cover was too heavy and hot. and the location had only one restaurant open.for a simple dinner..the gourmet restaurant at the hotel was too much food for us , and so were the other restaurants, except for one, We prefer when we are traveling a simple menu and dining option until at least 8:30 and preferably 9 so we can relax before dinner after the days activities. This draw back might serve to be a reason why we would not return to the area. but choose Castelrotto instead

Location is superb! Our room was on the front with incredible views of two snow capped Dolomite peaks but all views would be great. Outstanding Continental buffet with cooked egg option. Beautiful dining room with designated table with name card a nice touch. Excellent Fixed Prix dinner with unbelievable Antipasto / Salad buffet. Complimentary bus pass for unlimited use of valley bus system a very welcome surprise. Used them to visit Kastelruth and St. Ulrich. Friendly, very helpful hosts.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff is so so kind and tailor everything to your needs, the food is delicious and the free of charge afternoon snack is actually a little buffet that is just too good for words. The dinner in the evening is beyond expectations and the spa and pool facilities very nice. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast was really good, though we missed bacon and a bit more egg options. (They do have soft boiled eggs!)

Good location to Dolomites. Great, hard-working staff. Good parking and a bountiful breakfast. Amazing views. Nice to have a small bar onsite where you can have a drink and view the mountains.

We rented two rooms, one on the second floor and one of the apartment rooms in the attic. The apartment rooms don’t get a lot of airflow, so without A/C (most places don’t have A/C in this mountain town) the room stayed noticeably warmer than my room on the second floor that had a balcony and a door that could be opened. My bedroom on the second floor also had a sheer curtain that would let the cool mountain air flow in but keep the bugs out. The apartment did not, so that is also an opportunity for improvement.

The location was ideal and the facilities both beautiful and well cared for. The breakfast, generously and artistically served, was one of the best I have ever had! The pool is beautifully situated in the property. The owners clearly pride themselves in excellent hospitality.

In the middle of a heat wave, our attic room was too hot. It was no one's fault, but it would have been nice to have a fan. We left the room closed and dark in the morning but came back and the staff had opened the blinds and windows, letting in the heat of the day.

The staff was extremly kind and helpful, The location is great - 5 min walk from the cable car to Alp di siusi. No need to move the car from the hotel. Breakfast was ecellent - rich and tasty

The room was not very big, nor did it have a minibar, yet for the purpose of a one-night stay it was quite functional and provided good value-for-cost.

I liked the breakfasts and dinners. The staff were all wonderful and helpful in every way. The views are fantastic. A lovely short walk to town, bus stop, gondola and the many nature walks around the area.

My only issue was the bed in my single room was creaky and the room itself would get stuffy. I would have liked a fan. I know management would have given me a fan if I asked.

We came for an overnight on a bike trip and it was super. Also there was only a set menu available for dinner, and I am not a fan of set menus, it was absolutely tasty and fantastic and on top at 30€ top quality for money. Spa area is also clean and offers all the amenities you would want to expect.

Nice room with an awesome view of the mountains. The dinner was fantastic as was the breakfast. The pool area is great, and the garden is wonderful. Even has a trampoline. There is parking and it’s a great location to explore the local area

We liked every single thing during our stay there. The hotel was easy to find and had parking spaces. It is close to the city center and the bus station and cable car station as well. The rooms were nice and comfy and had all facilities. The hotel pool is nice and all facilities including bath robe etc are provided in the room. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Not to mention the food - breakfast buffet was awesome and consisted if both sweet and savory items. We had dinner at the hotel and for 25 euro per person you can have a 5 course meal! Overall it was an excellent stay!
