Location was perfect. A few minutes walk to the train/bus station and also to town square. A little shop nearby for drinks etc as well as bars and restaurants. Hotel gave us a free upgrade which was amazing. Room was a lovely size and bathroom was huge with a double sink and an amazing rainfall walk in shower.

Breakfast was ok. Cereal choice was very limited and no fresh fruit cut up. Could do with. New/faster toaster as you had to put it through several times. No coffee or water machines, its waiter service which I can understand adds an extra personal Touch bit can also be slow.

Room was big, clean, recently renovated, and have a nice design. Location is good, breakfast was also nice, nothing to complain about

It was a lot of noise from the road at night

The hotel was very central. It was a short walk from the centre and there were lots of shops and restaurants nearby! The hotel staff were really friendly, particularly Maria at breakfast who advised us to go to Ercolano and Maria our cleaning lady. They were both so warm and friendly! Pool was lovely. Room was fabulous, it had been newly updated and it was so lovely. Nice view of the water too!

Breakfast was a little disappointing. There could have been more fruit, as some days there was only blueberries, pineapple and green bananas which you couldn’t have eaten. Also the ‘hot’ food was cold all of the days we were there.

First we were in a newly renovated room with a ‘soundproof’ upgrade. Mopeds and ambulances are noisy so this was a good thing. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. We liked the shower and the mini fridge in the room. The staff were extremely friendly hospitality was great even the cleaners so that was really nice. The pool was fantastic, we went in early May so it was clearly quite cold for most people but for me it was absolutely superb, I am a cold water swimmer and I wouldn’t say it was ‘cold’ maybe cool as i would swim/dip in the sea in the uk year round. So that was great, pool was open 10-7. Breakfast was delicious lots of options, hot ‘English’ breakfast style, yoghurt, seeds, nuts, fruit, avocado, an entire table of cakes and sweet treats/croissants buns etc coffee and water. Really helpful staff on reception (even at midnight!). We had a good stay here, and it’s close to a great restaurant 🐙

This is nothing to do with the hotel but the main road felt polluted at busy times due to the traffic and mopeds and that was the main walk into town.

The location was great, walking distance to train/ ferry/ bus stations to get around the Amalfi coast and Pompeii. Room size was good and clean. Good selection for breakfast hot and cold. Friendly and helpful staff

Our room was on the first floor facing the road and it was very noisy as there was work going on out side on the pavement. The cable tv was not working either We asked to be moved and were accommodated in the room opposite which looked onto a balcony and rooftops.

The hotel is lovely. I stayed in a deluxe room after being upgraded by a lovely lady at the reception desk when checking in which really started my trip off the perfect way! The room was beautiful, has all mod cons, USB connections, smart tv etc. Lovely balcony and the bed was super comfy! Lovely view of the pool and sea! The restaurant staff were great and the pool bar staff too, particularly Giuseppe who made me feel welcome and made great cocktails! Hotel has a lovely pool with towels provided for sun loungers and swimming! Great location close to lots of restaurants and bars!

Nothing it was all great!

The pool and pool bar were excellent and the new refurbished bedrooms are very nice. The restaurant on the top floor did a great selection for breakfast and Edmundo made us feel very welcome every morning. Edmundo has a likeable quality about him and he has mastered the art of customer service perfectly.

It is clear that the hotel is going through modernisation and some areas look quite old and worn. I am sure when it is finished it will look fantastic.

After the first night, I complained to the staff. They gave us another room and upgraded us to junior suite. That was excellent. The room felt like it belonged in a four star hotel, the bed was not as hard as the previous one and it was so comfortable, the shower was clean and the view was beautiful. I almost started crying when I opened the door and it didn’t smell. The breakfast room is charming, even though it’s old, as well as the lobby. I don’t mind it being old, it’s clean and comfortable. The staff at the breakfast area are really nice and polite, I would especially compliment the man who I think is in charge of the guests there. He is really nice and polite and even remembers your coffee orders. We didn’t use the pool, nor visited the restaurant so I cannot comment on that.

The first day we arrived, they put us in a room which was supposed to be a free upgrade, which we didn’t ask for. The room, unfortunately, was so bad. It was full of mold, it smelled so bad that my clothes and hair started to smell after only a couple hours of being there. The bed felt wet and the whole ceiling is uneven and full of wet stains. There was black mold in the shower. I was coughing at night and couldn’t sleep from the smell and the noise from the street. Please, please don’t give that room (412) to people, it’s a health hazard. It smells so bad that you can smell it in the corridor when it’s being cleaned. Never in my life have I been somewhere that smells so much like mold and mildew.

I read quite negative reviews about the hotel and therefore was a little worried before arriving. The room was beautiful, recently updated. The pool area was great. Breakfast opened at 7am and a good selection of food, fresh fruit, pastries etc. The room was comfortable and clean. Balcony looking out at the petrol station, but as far as petrol station views go, it wasn’t a bad one! The location was great. Easily walk into the main streets of Sorrento and easy access to bus/train station and ferries.

Nothing really. I would prefer the pool to open earlier (opened at 10am) and the morning coffee to be a little hotter.

We literally loved everything about it! They were easy to communicate with, they were able to be flexible with our check in (came a day late) due to our flight issues. They did everything to make us feel comfortable. The Junior Suite is amazing, it's clean, modern, had great views, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the pool food at their bar was delicious, and literally would recommend this place to everyone. Will definitely come back in the future!

If you wanted soda (ex. coca cola), it was severely overpriced compared to the rest of the menu.
