Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable and considering the heat in the area during the day, the room was comfortable at night with the louvered door open. Location was only a short drive to many restaurants, and being outside the village, very quiet at night.

The 15 Euro per person to use the pool for 2 hours was a little disappointing, but it was a relaxing quiet visit the one time we went. We didn't use the restaurant for dinner because the 30 Euro per person would have been too much food compared to many places in the village where we could order smaller servings for less money.

The service consciousness of the hotel staff is beyond expectations. Everything we asked for was received willingly and generously. The stay was very pleasant and there was a feeling that we were being taken care of personally. The hotel staff is attentive and helped quickly and efficiently with any problem. For example: additional heating and variety at breakfast. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff offered dinner and adjusted some of the dishes according to our request (vegetarian). The location is a bit far from the center but the view is amazing and the location is great for sightseeing.

I accidentaly made reservation one week upfront, the reception kindly and fast made our room ready.Maybe it was luck that they had avaliable room, but it was ready in 20 minutes.Staff in the bar was very kind and explained to us where to go ski and snowboard.I honestly reccomend this hotel!

The hotel provided a decent stay with a good breakfast that had enough variety. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the playroom was a nice touch for keeping the kids entertained.

I only stayed for one night, but the experience was pleasant overall. I didn’t find anything to complain about during my short stay.

Amazing! Rustic log cabin look with high quality amenities. Sauna is with it, just be sure to plan ahead to schedule it. Breakfast is included and quite nice.

The pool/Spa is to expensive The selections in the breakfast is limited. There is too much cake compaired to “normal” food.

Clean, nice warm pool, good breakfast. Front desk gentleman opened the pool up for my wife to use at 8:45pm after it had been closed for the day.

Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet location overlooking Tarvisio. Lovely large room and bathroom. Excellent choice for breakfast. In house restaurant very good and reasonably priced.

Spa and pool required reservation with extra charge (not noted upon booking). Restaurant staff were great but looked like they were overworked with keeping up with the dinner and breakfast reservations
