Position in centre. Free Garage parking great with access from within. The original Medieval house was brilliantly restored, kept lots of original features. Other decorations used were sympathetically done. Proficiency of host…. Gave annotated map with restaurant recommendations etc. Provided breakfast for us in room.. good quality and quantity. Accomodation was a revelation….. contained a separate kitchenette ( fully equipped) and a huge terrace overlooking an urban garden ( well tended) The host ( who was the architect responsible ) was erudite, charming and always around. The lift he managed the incorporate into the design was very useful.

Only downside with the room upgrade was that the toilet was outside the apartment,. Ok for our exclusive use but not really suitable for use at night by elderly guests!

The room and the building are very nice, all very clean and spacious. There are stairs, but you can use the lift. The breakfast was very good, they leave it next to your door at the time you choose, and you have it in the kitchen into the room. Moreover, they offer you a coffee when you arrive. The people who receive you are very kind and can speak English fluently, so it's not a problem if you don't speak Italian. The building is very close yo the center, you just walk 2 minutes and you're there. They give you a discount for three restaurants in the city. Very good place to stay!

The room was really good looking and we had our own kitchen and balcony available too. In terms of location, the place is perfect, right in the middle of Teramo's old town. The area is super beautiful. You can walk everywhere. The train station is also quite close. We've really enjoyed the breakfasts, served right up to our door. One night we had to go out early and the host provided us with breakfast the day before so we could still get something to eat in the morning.

During our stay there was a big heat wave in Italy, and the AC was barely managing to keep us alive.

The place has indeed genius loci. Staying in a centuries-old house in a town centre was an exceptional experience. I also find it amazing how efficiently the room of such a small size was equipped. The great plus was the possibility to use the garage. Breakfasts were of good Italian standard. The landloard was friendly and professional and I had to admire his perfect management of the garage space. In fact, driving in and out with my 4.8m-long car was a bit of an adrenaline sport.

The room is 100% comfortable only if the neighbouring room is not occupied. Otherwise, I had a feeling to be unwanted part of other people's family life, hearing each of their word (and not just word). The sound insulation is (the only) weak spot.

The host/owner is very polite, with excellent English and helpful. The property has excellent design and interior. The location is great - in the downtown of the city. The rooms are equipped with the minimum necessary things - minibar/freeze, dishes, coffee machin, hairdryer ect. During my stay, I did not face any problems from the host!

The bath cabin is very-very small and uncomfortable to take a normal shower. The breakfast is very common and has the same menu. The single room I stayed in was a bit small, but the double rooms are enough large and comfortable.

Great value and near the centre of town. Off street free parking. Friendly and helpful host who speaks English.

Advisories really: arriving by car is tricky. Best to park up outside the old town and find the property, which only has a small sign. Smaller cars recommended. Upper rooms are only accessible by stairs.

Beautiful building very close to the centre. There were a lot of older features in the building. The rooms (bedroom and kitchen) were spotless. There was access to a private bathroom right beside the room. There was a small balcony also, the majority of the other buildings were locals' apartments. Very nice!

There was a/c but it was in the kitchen area. It probably would have been better placed in the bedroom area.

The apartment was well located a few minutes'walk to the historic centre. Apartment was well appointed, with lots of space and meticulously clean. Host was very accommodating and informative. Bonus was secure parking within the building and the elevator. I highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Teramo.

The place was very spacious and the beds were comfy (and I'm not easy to satisfy with beds). The staff were all incredibly helpful and polite. We appreciated the fact that they have a parking garage attached to the building so we would always have a parking spot. The rooms are much nicer in person than in the photos.

I personally wasn't a fan of the breakfast (there isn't really anything "healthy" to eat), but my boyfriend enjoyed it. He ate baked goods, fruit yogurt, corn flakes, and other sugary things.

Beautiful B&B!!  Huge rooms, SUPER clean, great prices, can easily walk to and from train station. It's located in the historic district. Beautiful bathroom with everything you need, lovely sitting room, fully furnished kitchen, heat, ac, tvs, big windows that open, wifi, elevator, free breakfast delivered to your door, free garage parking.  Highest quality everything. Kind, helpful people who manage it. We have stayed in 5 star hotels that cost 4-5x as much, and most were not as beautifully appointed nor as comfortable as Antica Interamnia. We cannot fault a thing. Brilliant place! 10 stars!!
