The Location was very convenient, in the Heart of Trapani, they have a very good Service with a Garage which they Pick up your car and return in when you leave at the agreed location. The hotel offered an aperitif at the terrace FOC which we found a nice gesture.

The room wasn’t really prepared at the time of check-in despite we arrived within the posted check in time. Usually hotels ask you to confirm time of arrival which we couldn’t really do on time due to lack of internet. The lady at the reception offered to give us the cleaned bed sheets and do prepare the bed by ourselves. Of course she didn’t want us to wait for the room but We found it a bit inappropriate considering the tariff you pay at this kind of hotel. Other than that she was really nice with us. We were a bit diss appointed with the breakfast. I would suggest offering a fresher breakfast and the staff take more care of it.

Location is very central, as Trapani is quite small. You have to walk to the hotel as parking is not on the spot - not a problem with us. Huge, comfortable toom, comfy beds, clean and tidy. Very friendly managers explained all the basics - from tourist spots to parking, groceries, islands to churches and salt ponds.

Sound isolation could have been a bit better - but that`s often an issue in Italy. A bit cold in winter, but AC did the job.

Location is in the pedestrian area but close to where you can drop the car off for it to be parked. This went well, but it was in the middle of a thunderstorm so even the 250mtr to the hotel was enough to soak us. Check in was smooth with good, professional staff. The room had a small kitchenette to allow you to cook - but we didn’t as it’s right in the middle of everything you could wish for. The room was spacious enough as was the bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast was ok, a bit average in choice but acceptable. The restaurant (where we ate in the evening) was really good, so good we went back the second - and last - night of our stay.

Not the fault of the hotel, but there was a nearby building alarm ringing all night long on the first night of our stay (a Sunday) which made it impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything our family needed. The location was perfect to explore the city and was very close to the ferry to explore the Egadi islands. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The parking vallet option worked perfectly for us.

Something to have in mind: due to its location in the city center you can hear some noise from the street until late at night.

Hotel is beautifully decorated and in the centre of Trapani - really near gorgeous cafes and the beach! Staff were super helpful - special shout out to the ever smiling Sal - who is a joy. All the women on reception were so kind and helpful. The balcony had a great view and we all loved the terrace bar. Our Netflix worked and the beds were super comfy!

It was perfect.

Conveniently located in the city center, the Badia Nuova is the perfect hub for those who like to explore by day and relax by night. The room was clean, and cozy with a wonderful rooftop view of the city.

If the suite had been furnished with a few more basics like free coffee, and tea, it would have been perfect. Not a major issue by any means, but a coffee on the balcony in the morning would have been great.

all was absolutely great! location and the facilities, we really enjoyed our stay! also, because we were guests we had a free drink in the rooftop of the hotel, which was really nice. friendly staff as well

we loved it all but I must mention that it is in a busy area of Trapani and naturally you can hear quite some noise from the street, I needed to sleep with earplugs but I am a light sleeper.

Over expectation. Very very nice hotel that I wish to visit one more time. Spacious rooms, lovely design, rooftop bar, welcome drink (even though we did not try it), perfect location. We were there only 1 night, but it was really great experience. I wish we could return there again.

Our welcome was delightful from reception, the rooftop bar staff, and the restaurant. Their service was top notch - extremely professional, polite, and welcoming. We felt pampered with easy check in, love the free welcome cocktail on the roof and a 20% discount in the restaurant was well worth it. The street is quiet and while in the heart of it all, enjoys a tranquility. Big bathroom and kitchenette and elevator - all so convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Location. Flexibility. Allowed us to have breakfast early as we had an early flight. Rooms are huge. We booked 2 rooms but there was plenty of room to sleep 4 in the one room.
