I normally don't give such a high rating, but Fiveplace Design Suites & Apartments was outstanding in so many way. First, the location is excellent. It's quiet in your room, but just around the corner is a major walking street with lots of restaurants and shops, and close to the town center and beaches. Second, it's in a beautiful historic building, yet the apartment is clean and modern with amenities like shades that mechanically roll down to block out light, a great shower, and lots of outlets for charging your phone, kindle, computer, etc. We also loved that we had a kitchen with a full refrigerator and freezer. Last but not least, the couple who runs it is so helpful and accommodating. They gave us some great suggestions of places to go and things to see.

The parking situation is a bit of a hassle. Because the apartment is in a pedestrian-only zone, which we loved, you have to park away from the hotel, typically several hundred meters away. That's not so bad, but you have to pay for parking and the parking machines only take coins, no credit cards. Beware of men telling you that you need to pay them money for parking. You pay into a machine and have to put the receipt on your dashboard. Depending on how much you paid, it shows how long you can park.

A wonderfully appointed apartment in a wonderful location. the blacony looking over the small square the was wonderful. the location approximate to restaurants, parking (as we were driving) and the water was excellent.

EXCELLENT 10/10 An amazing place to stay right in the middle of the historic center. The hosts, Francesco and Antonella were gracious, welcoming, informative and extremely helpful. Our room was just a 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach and minutes from the port. It contained a large bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and dining area. The decor was sleek and modern, very quiet and the air conditioners kept us very cool. We stayed here 5 days and were able to take several day trips as it was centrally located. Would definitely recommend Five Place as an exceptional place to stay!

brilliant location near many bars and restaurants, close to the seafront. Took the private parking option which was seamless and very professional. Apartment was immaculate, modern design but couldn't fault it. Excellent walk in shower and kitchen facilities with all you would need but we ended up eating out. Francesco and Andanella provided an information sheet with recommendations for excursions and restaurants, we ate at 3 on the list and I would strongly suggest trying Campo Norcineria con Cucina if you only choose one. We were also provided an iron and ironing board on request which my wife greatly appreciated. The best apartment we have had in our 18 days in Sicily

This place was above our expectations! The apartment well designed, veryyy stylish and modern! The location speaks for itself, in the main street of old town. Everything was well arranged, we got a bit lost in the streets, I’ve sent the picture to the host asking where should we go and he immediately sent a help, who welcomed us and showed everything around! Couldnt be happier for this choice before leaving home!! Just a reminder- you are not allowed to park your car in old town (obviously), so you need to take a bit of walk to the parking lot, but that was just a 650m or something! Only had one photo from the balcony so im sharing! The view its suuper nice!

Space is very spacious with plenty of room to live one of biggest we met with B&Bs. The hosts were very friendly and the location was top in mids of centre Trapani. Beds good, shower good, and hardly no noice from the street. Ps for parking just go to the big parking at the square(0,50/ hour cheapest). Mind that none of the parking app-s offered will work. Just put in coins and you will have a quiet stay!

Wonderful apartments with sophisticated modern design, located in the heart of Trapani. Extremely pleasant staff, ready to help in everything. We were given an upgraded room with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian area. 5 m to the nearest restaurant, 100 m to the sea. We travel a lot around the world, and I can confidently say that this was one of the best apartments! We recommend it to everyone!

A modern retreat in an acient city. This accommodation has to be very high anyones list that are thinking of staing in Trapani. It has a perfect location in old town. Everything is easily accessable including beaches, restarants, parking and the port for trips to the Egadi islands. It is modern with everything you need for eating in if desired and beautifully presented. Quiet and comfortable. The hosts are a wonderful couple who went the extra mile to assist us with our stay. Fantastic communication. An extra bonus, even though the apartment is in the old town you can actually drive within 10 metres of the proprty to unload and pick up without encroaching the ZTL. All in all highly reccommended.

Very stylized apartment with modern lighting, hideaway kitchen, inbuilt closets and industrial gray colors with a pop of yellow. Every nook and cranny was well designed. Comfortable bed and nice amenities. Owner was exceptionally kind and efficient. The location was excellent. Right in the heart of the vibrant old town. Easy parking on the street two blocks away.

A full length mirror would have been a plus as well as an iron and some paper towels.
