Highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly, professional, attentive to your needs and ensured your comfort while staying there. They provide breakfast food for you and you can make whatever you want. If you run out, just let them know what you used and they will restock it for you free of charge since it’s included. The view we had was amazing. They will provide transportation for a small fee as well. We will be returning to Catania again in the future and will definitely plan on staying there again. They are very informative about things to do in the area, provide a voucher for a free meal if you go to Mt Etna’s excursion (which we did and really enjoyed). They go out of their way to ensure every customer is happy here and satisfied. Family of 7 (twin babies included) and we were all comfortable and slept well. One of the rooms had bunk beds for the kids as well. We feel confident about our choice and where we stayed and again, we will definitely be returning in the future.

we were made very welcome and it felt like we were part of the family that had known them a long time. everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble. we could get to all the places we wanted to visit easily from there. we were there over the Easter holidays and asked for help finding a restaurant that was open, which they gave us a few ideas for, we eventually found one in walking distance which was really good. the breakfast was exceptional delivered fresh to our room at the time we requested from the local bakery. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

I don't know where to start. The area is beautiful and close to Etna. The apartment was spacious and everything worked perfectly. Whatever we requested was delivered straight away. Roberta and her colleagues made sure of that. The staff is what makes the place super fantastic and the feeling of being in safe hands is priceless. Our van overheated whilst there. Claudio Caruso was amazing he took us everywhere to sort out our problem including several trips to catania and back to rent another car. Fabio, Alberto also helped us out and assisted Claudio throughout our stay. Their father is also so so nice. I have not enough words to thank them. On the last day we had no car, we had a tow truck to take the van down to the harbour. Not only did they come with us but took us to Siracusa so not to waste the day. As I said in the beginning I don't know where to start as they were just amazing and I can safely say it was the best stay in Sicily for me.

Roberta at the reception was very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean and cosy. We loved to have breakfast or a late night chat on the balcony with the view of the night lights of Catania. When we ran out of something in the fridge, it was immediately refilled. Before we climbed the Etna, we got free coupons to the buffet on the top of the hill. In the bathroom we got lots of shower gel and shampoo.

The parking area was small and packed. In the small room sometimes I hit my head in the attic walls. :) The shower head should be changed. But all these faults are dwarfed by the advantages.

We enjoyed our stay at etna royale. Hotel is exceptionally clean and rooms are super large with a balcony enjoying the view. Kitchen is fully equpped. Milk water, coffee, tea, juices, croissants, sausages are among the many things that were included Alberto and his dad Luciano are great hosts. They let us stay in the room on the day of departure till late evening for free. The girls at the reception Roberta and Venera are very helpful and fluent in english language. Alberto was our guide during our stay. He was always cordial, friendly and kind with us. Highly recommend Etna Royale. Wills surely visit again.

The view is perfect, close to Etna. The staff is very kind. Breakfast not a big deal, but acceptable. We got a free update for the room to a whole appertment.

The walls are thin, so you will hear every minor noise in the neighberhood. There was a large family from Malta in a few of the apartments, and they were shouting to each other from balcony in the middle of the night. They were not taking care of the kids, so there was a permanent noise from 7 a.m. in the morning to next day 1 a.m. in the night. The location is good, but there was traffic jam to Catania a every time of the day.

Very nice and quiet place elegant with all the facilities. The kichen well equiped, the supplies provided for breakfast were enough and good quality. We appreciated that when we mentioned our alimentary prefences the staff provided us with all the necessary. We received wery valuable information about our trip to Etna Safe paking just in front of the door

We loved everything about Etna Royal View! The apartment and the huge terrace were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We ordered breakfast for the following days which was brought to us at a time we requested. We liked the safe, gated parking. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Very convenient location for visiting Etna, Catania, Taormina.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Check-in was easy and our room was well equipped. We were given a breakfast menu to select from the prior day and our food was brought to us in our room at the agreed-upon time. We had an issue with a plug/light not working and they fixed it right away. The staff there are very helpful and arranged an Etna tour for us with excellent local guides. Our room had a small kitchen for our use and a lovely balcony overlooking the sea.

The pillows were not great (very flat), and the air conditioning unit wasn't really sufficient to cool the entire room -- we happened to be there during a hot spell in early June. Other than that, I would certainly stay here again when visiting the Mt. Etna area.

The hosts are extremely friendly and communicative. They upgraded us at their own initiative without any surcharge to the appartement with a huge balcony and amazing seaview on the bay. Very much appreciated! 🙏👌 The accommodation is perfectly clean, modern, with a comfortable king sized bed, and everything works as expected. WiFi is reliable and fast. There is even a washer in the bathroom. Free Private secured parking on the premises. Breakfast is served in the room, perfect service. We prolonged our stay. 😊 Highly recommended!
