It was a good hotel, well organised with a four star rate in the past. Underground parking was available for easy reaching the floor of our room. Very good breakfast and equally good restaurant for dinner. We needed 30 to 37 minutes to arrive at Duomo. We had no need to go at that time. We know Milano from the past. Our task was a hotel near autostrada so as next day to visit Bergamo and then in the afternoon to get the plane from the BGY airport back home. But we did it. We went to Piazza Duomo the night before. Traffic was smooth. Underground parking next to Duomo was accessible. The Scala Theatre, and the shopping gallery a few minutes walking distance.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staf was very kind and polite. A plus for the underground parking. The food at the restaurant was tasty and varied.

Wonderful 4 star hotel. Beside a very nice park. Very quite location. You can park your car safe in their garage. The room was big and luxurous. The beds were very high standard. The bathroom is very nice and clean. We received 2 bottles of water as complimentary. The room also has minibar. Breakfast was very fresh and very good quality and enough choices.

You have to drive through a industrial zone which doesn't feel very safe. Also the neighbourhood of the closeby restaurants don't feel very safe. The quality of the restaurants however very top.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast is great with a variety of options. Room had a balcony with a lake view. Super quiet location, only 10 min drive to Bisceglie (underground station) which takes you to city center. Air con in the room was a life saver. Bed is large and extremely comfy. Drinks and toiletries provided for free. Bathroom was modern and super clean. Jean at the reception was a star and gave us recommendations for a late night place for a kebab nearby.

Nothing really. Great place to stay if you have a car otherwise it's quite far to reach the city center (although there's bus close by it takes you over an hour).

It was a good experience, easy check in, nice room equipment, everything necessary was at our disposal. For the price requested, it was an excellent stay. At the time of our stay there was a problem with AC, but we did receive a warning from the hotel prior to our stay declaring the problem, with the offer to reimburse the booking if we wanted to cancel. Breakfast was really good, wide range of good quality products. Free underground parking was available.

Could be difficult to reach without own car, but we specifically looked for this location, so was not a problem for us.

Great staff and high level of hospitality. They always try to make you feel comfortable. The facilities are average.

However, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness. The walls and ceilings had spider webs, and the carpet was dirty. With better maintenance and cleanliness, the hotel could easily achieve a higher rating.

We are very happy about the staff and they are always with smiles and we didn’t experience it all the other hotels we stayed. Breakfast is simple and very good with varieties. The lady in the breakfast section is very kind and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will surely come back.

Breakfast was really good. Scrambled eggs, sausages and other pastries were delicious. Large variety of food! The room was clean and you can park your car for free in front of the hotel. The staff was polite.

The local transport (bus, trams and trains) were a bit hard to catch due to the distance from the city centre. But visiting the hotel with a car, then it is in really good location.

We spent one night, before leaving Italy after our road trip. The reason we booked was the attractive price and the free parking in the hotels basement. The room had good facilities, was clean, the breakfast was satisfactory. The receptionists were both fast, polite and spoke good english.

The area is rather industrial and unattactive. The hotel is more suited I think to business travelers.The beds were not very comfortable. I also would wish bedside tables. The hairdryer was old and inefficient.

As normal as hotels go. There is a garage for those coming with cars and a lake right beside hotel - good either for views or if you like to walk. I needed a bus it's a 10 minute walk to the main road and bus stations on both sides of road. I mostly eat mueslis, so can't comment on the rest of the food but it was a pretty standard offer (eggs, cakes, coffee and other beverages, etc.) Check-out and in times are decent so no stress there. :)
