I stayed here one night and was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is a bit dated, however it is exceptionally clean and the staff is very friendly. Location is very close to the train station and also good proximity to lots of restaurants and tourist attractions. I'd give this hotel 8.5 :)

The only thing I did not love, was the temperature of the room. I am a very hot sleeper and I turned the thermostat to the coldest setting, but I still woke up in the night sweating. I do not think it was any fault of the hotel, as most hotels I visit in Europe are also like this.

The location was perfect - the hotel is situated in a quiet street near the train station, with the Canale Grande less than a ten-minute-walk away to the south and the amazing Caffe San Marco and Viale XX Settembre about ten minutes to the east. Our room had everything we needed, including plenty of storage space and double windows. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, and we had fun speaking a mix of German, English and Italian. But the highlight was probably the incredibly tiny lift :-) I would definitely stay there again.

Great location: quick 5 minutes from coach/ train station and 5 mins walk from the Trieste canal area - 10 minutes to main square/ promenade. Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff who gave good tips on how to make like a local ! Cool and clean room . I was in a single room which was surprisingly roomy & well designed . Loved the touch of art in reception and in such room . Gave the place a cultured and bohemian vibe

This hotel is great. Since we were travelling by bicycles, we decided to make a break in Trieste and indeed this was a wonderful idea. We were really impressed with the hotel as it had a dedicate storage space where we were able to leave our bikes over night. The location of the hotel was very nice, it was in the city centre. The room was very nice too. The breakfast was lovely too. The staff were fantastic too.

The only point which I need to comment on is the shower. The pressure was a bit low and it was a bit difficult to adjust a luke warm water. I assume that there is a need to fix this issue. I mean, it was still possible to take a normal shower, it was just not as pleasant shower as it could have been.

The staff were so helpful , told us where to go to get the best out of a one night stay . Room and beds although a bit dated very comfortable, good air con and continental breakfast .Great location between the centre and 4 min walk to the station. couldn’t ask for more for the money we paid

There was a smell in the bathroom from the drains in the morning, it might have been due to to the street drain cleaners outside . the smell hadn’t been there when we arrived but hence why we did not score a 10

I really like the enviremant, the breakfast was very delicious and the atention amaizing, I really like the view from my room, It was the last flor, and all the center and berautifull places are around. The staff is ready to help you and give you the best recomendations

the pillow was a little hard for me, and the bed no that confotable but I have back problems so i am more sensitive, I can put a sugestion to put a place to put the soab and the shampoo in the bathroom

We had booked a ‘superior’ room and enjoyed a welcome tray of fruit, a range of biscuits, as well as tea/ coffee making facilities. We were offered bath robes and travel slippers and the room had two comfortable chairs. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with good choice - to set us up for a day’s sightseeing. Close to the station and also close to the city centre and the joys of Trieste.

Nice location, small but good rooms for a fair price.

AC "did not work" in the first night, which was very unpleasent for July in Italy. In the end the staff figured out that the AC was installed in a wrong way, so turning up the heat actually made the room colder. Staff was still very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well situated with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Parking was 5mins away at the train station. The hotel was clean and all the staff extremely pleasent. Breakfast was good. All in all I totally recommend this hotel.

Nothing to say here

The staff is super friendly and very outgoing. We asked for a later check out and also if we could leave our baggage there since check out is at 11 and we had 5 hours til our bus back. They were very accommodating.

Air conditioning in the room is a bit weak but it was bearable
