The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great.

The room was directly under the roof. Therefore, half of the room space was useless because of the 1 meter maximum height. The bathtub was dirty on arrival.

When we checked out the first bill did not match the Booking.com price we were quoted. We showed our Booking.com receipt and the bill (170 Euro higher than the quote) was adjusted, without any trouble. But the hotel should have had the bill correct the first time.

We only had a 1 night stay but would certainly recommend longer stay. the accommodations were exactly how described and the staff were so helpful and kind. We loved it!

The hotel is well situated, in walking distance from most of the city sites I visited. The double room on the second floor was cosy and comfortable, and I loved the heated railing in the bathroom. There was a nice selection of sweet and savoury choices for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. And there was a lovely reading room! All in all, a great experience.

The only downside to the hotel is that it is situated on a very busy street. As a light sleeper and with a room giving onto the street, I had to wear earplugs every night.

The location of the hotel is good. There is a great choice of food for breakfast.

There is a door in the room that connects the room to another room. They are locked, but because of them, the sounds from the other room can be heard more. If you are coming for the first time, it will be difficult to spot the hotel because the name of the hotel is not very visible.

The hotel was like 15 min from the center, so if you are tired it's a bit of a walk and it's uphill. There are loads of buses, though. The hotel is on the fancy side, they use a parking near the hotel but is very small, we had to park in the middle of the "street". We paid for a Superior Double Room, they gave us a corner room right besides the lift (505) with a small window, that barely open overlooking the fire stairs. The room per we was big and comfortable, had a sofa, a fridge and the bed was big. The bathroom was big and had a spa tub, the problem is if you want to shower, there was no curtain so there was water everywhere. The breakfast was less than I was expecting for a hotel of this fanciness and what they charge.

The price, way to expensive (200€ for 1 night including the taxes) for the location and amenities.

Have booked numerous hotels for this journey -rooms with 2beds-staff at this hotel state no 2bed request. Room had layout for 1double bed. When converted to 2beds you were literally near touching! If we had 2beds as requested perhaps we’d had had more room for 2 people. No accommodations for supposed error

I liked the room, its cleanliness, the location of the hotel, its elegance, the kindness of the staff. Very quiet room. However, I did not have the pleasure of trying breakfast, as I had not included it in the reservation and I have always preferred to have it with a colleague in a bar in the centre.

Nothing. I don't know how to rate the breakfast. Perhaps the booking instructions on the site are not very clear. For the rest, everything went well.

Great room, breathes class and quality. Tasteful interior and very calm all night. Friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was great. The accessibility was good and easy to park during check in etc.

Tricky parking option. The way you were supposed to pay for your stay and get pass the exit bar was not user friendly and caused us an hour delay on departure.
