Super convenient location and a short walk from where we needed to be. Incredibly clean and the rooms were a nice size, and beds comfortable. Breakfast was simple but perfect.. just what we needed for a short stay.

Our room was on the main road and the trams went until nearly 1am and started again at 5am, plus traffic and people coming out of a nearby bar. We had a terrible night's sleep. I understand it's a city hotel but maybe better insulation from the outside noise is possible, like double or secondary glazing. At the very least, ear plugs could be provided in the basic amenities.

Very happy with the service: I booked a double-room partly for single usage, partly for double usage, which was no problem. We also arrived late at night, after the normal reception times. But the people were very helpful in finding a solution. Other than that: Big room, more apartment-like actually. Great location for exploring the city center. Freshly made coffee for breakfast.

The room had only two plugs I could use with my German devices, and my universal adapter didn't fit with the others. Take care to prepare for Italian plugs...

The location is excellent, close to everything. The hotel is very pleasing, from the rooms, to the state of everything (carpets, curtains, cleanliness, etc), and it feels cozy and relaxing. The breakfast, very good.

The wifi sometimes was a little weak on our bedroom, and there was no mini fridge, that would've made the room perfect.

It is a classic hotel. If you are into nostalgia, go for it. The building is located in the heart of the historic criteria of Turin, and it belonged almost 200 years ago. As the receptionist explained, the lift inside the building is one of the first lift was built and the cabin is still in place. It was amazing. The location is great, near the centro. Staff are doing well and are really friendly 🙂 it is firmly clean.

If the lift does not work, take the stairs

A gorgeous old building in the heart of the city, a stones throw from the river and many of Turin’s famous squares. There is a secure car Park inside the hotel and from there a fabulous rickety old lift takes you to the third floor reception where helpful staff were pleased to welcome us. Our apartment was huge, light and airy with domed ceilings and original double doors and balconies. The bathroom is big and it was all spotlessly clean, the shower fittings are all brand-new. The included breakfast was good with a generous selection of pastries meats and drinks.

It is a very old hotel and customers (not us) used to modern luxury hotels might find it not to their taste. Some of the decor is a bit 1970’s in places - But if you like absorbing the atmosphere of the city you are visiting - you can’t do better than this.

- Location - Cleanliness - The toothbrushes :) - Workers, especially the lady in the breakfast. She is doing a great job. - Good value for the money.

- Just the tram. It makes too much noise in the morning. Other than that, the hotel was great. - I would not recommend having breakfast there if you have to pay it extra. For 10e per person you will find a better one in the town.

The hotel is in a great location near the river and it is ideally situated to see all of the major sites within Torino. The breakfast was good with a choice of cereal , pastries , bread , rolls , coffee and tea (you can even even have herbal teas ) . The staff are very friendly and helped with any enquiries we had and even booked us a cab for our return trip to the Airport. The room was nice and of a good size with a queen size bed , tv and bathroom which has a hairdryer .

This ismore of an improvement than what I did not like . It would have been nice if there was a kettle in the room for tea/coffee making facilities , however the hotel is very near many places that sell coffee and tea .

Great location, clean, good value for money.

A bit tricky to find for foreigners as the mention that the reception is on the 3rd floor is only in Italian. A bit noisy, but that is expected as the hotel is in the heart of Turin.

The hotel is extremely well located, the room was very spacious and featured a nice balcony. Next to the hotel there are all the main attractions and they also proposed breakfast

The hotel looks a bit dated and the bathroom is slightly tiny. Some renovations would be needed to improve the overall comfort. I must say that at the current state, it is a great value for money, I'll be back

The Hotel Alpi Resort is well-located for Porta Nuova station and the Palazzo Reale (18 minutes' walk to each and on a tramline), just round the corner from the Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the so-called 'living room of Europe' which has a host of places to eat, drink and people watch. It is also near the River Po and within easy reach of the main shopping streets. The name is intriguing because it is in the upper half of an old palazzo (served by a lift), though there is a bench in the corridor with a view over a terrace. I had a single room with a bathroom, both of which had seen better days, but they were clean and the breakfast was very good, with plenty of fresh fruit and proper teapots. The area was quiet, but one could hear the trams (which stopped late at night but began again at 5.30am) even when the window was closed. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would consider using this hotel again on a return visit.

I always feel guilty when a washbasin has no plug, as was the case here
