The location is very central and convenient - a train station and a metro station are within 150m, there is a supermarket just across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. All the main museums are accessible by foot. My room (a bedroom and a small salon) was very big, the teapot and tea was provided. Closet space was huge. The best thing was the attentive staff, available 24/7, and they handled all of my (somewhat challenging) requests promptly and with grace. I cannot express my gratitude enough - they deserve a raise, or a price for their dedication. I have no idea why this hotel is graded as 3-stars, there were 4- and 5-star city hotels I've visited in Italy that were inferior to this one.

I loved the location. Right by the train station Porto Nova. Many bus/tram stops. Right in the middle of Turin Centro and the Pam Local (store) opposite the hotel made buying water and other essentials convenient (come with your bags or buy one at the store). Room came with its bathroom with towels, shampoo, hair dryer etc. If you want to iron, you will need to get an iron and ironing board from the front desk. Mini fridge included which kept out water cold lol. I asked and received a charging block as mine was not made for Europe, saved me from buying one. The breakfast was super convenient with a nice selection. Many dining options around, We loved La Grange and Kipling. I will definitely stay there if when I return to Turino. Bonus, the Arriva bus from the airport stops a few feet from the hotel. Front office folks are very nice.

I liked my stay and experience at the hotel.

Everything was ok.

The hotel charges you 90% of the amount when you book it on Booking and then, when you arrive, they say that you have to pay the full amount and after that, they will return that 90% of the amount charged initially. This was the first time when this happened to me and it is not written on the description of the hotel. Normally, they should charge 0 to see if the card works and you pay on a certain date.

We absolutely loved this hotel!! Cannot fault a single thing, from staff to room, comfort, cleanliness, breakfasts, everything! The location is perfect, close enough to the beautiful train station, and right in the heart of the magnificent city. We fell in love with Torino, and loving our accommodation helped that a lot. Our stay was perfect! We will be back!

From the moment I checked in, I was pleased with my stay in Room 303 because it was spacious, very clean with many perks and amenities such as a kettle, mini bar, hot shower, comfortable full-size bed, long desk, enough closet storage, luggage rack and hooks near the entrance for my coat and hat. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered eggs, tomatoes, sliced cheese and meat, assorted pastries, yogurt, cereals, coffee maker, juices and fresh fruit. I commend the staff for their excellent service. Location was perfect for walking distance from the airport shuttle, Porto Nuovo train station, buses, museums, Valentino Park and Castello, restaurants, stores and local supermarket. The 24-hour reception staff offered a local map that even the airport didn’t have. They were always helpful. I missed having a digital combination safe in the room.

This is a very nice and comfortable 3-star hotel located in the center of the city and very close to the main railway station Porto Nuovo. Everything is in the walking distance. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also quite good. Definitely recommend it to economy oriented travelers !

Great location - perfect for a city break in Turin. Nice staff, good breakfasts, comfortable room and high standard of housekeeping throughout. Good value for money.

Lift a bit noisy - however as we visited during a quieter period, it didn’t disturb us too much.

The location, The personnel,The breakfast,cleanliness and services were really good.Nice pont to have a good chair and a big table in the room. The 24hour of reception and the nice pics on the walls make more comfy the hotel.

The room was quite big though quite straight,not so much room on the two sides of the bed to get off. On Saturday night there was quite a big romour from the street till late night for the sorrounding bars (of course it''s not hotel's fault...but can be mire tricky to fall asleep.

Location is great. Room is good too, beds are good. Breakfast was good too. Staff is very friendly. It is clean in the place, a lot of towels. So far I would recommend the place.

The wifi is not the best, didn't work well in our room. Also there is apartment next to the room, which was super noisy one night. And the A/C in one room wasn't working.

Nice clean room with everything you need. Good breakfast. 23.03.2023 at the reception desk was a polite girl with very good english. The hotel has some parking spaces on the street in front of it. Pre-booking costs 40€, I was lucky and one parking space was free by the time we arrived (25€/night). There are underground parking lots within walking distance, but they are likely to be more expensive.

In the part of the room with the bed, far from the entrance, there was a weak Wi-Fi signal.
