The room was very clean. Both young ladies Lucia and Carolina were very helpful and cordial. They both went out of their way and proved more helpful than staff at the Turin Tourist Information Office. A BIG WELL DONE and THANK YOU to both. Property location is very central and within 15 - 20 mins from all the main attractions.

Once the ladies go away, if you have an issue there is no contact. On one particular night we returned late and found that they left towels for two persons, while we were in three, so we had to make do with the situation. But the place is nice, clean and location is excellent.

Big room, good location, comfy bed, clean. Good Italian style breakfast.

Wi fi was breaking often. It would work in the bathroom, but then moving to bed area, it was very unstable and sometimes not even on the list. I was in the room called Grace.

Our room was decorated in homage to Marilyn Monroe which was super cute. The bathroom was really large and the entire room was spacious and comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast was fantastic with homemade pastries and jams among other tasty treats.

Not the properties fault but there was a lot of noise outside throughout the night. Not an overly big deal, just something to be aware of.

We had a wonderful time at Torino Chic, the place is very modern and clean. The person in change of breakfast and check-in/check-out is lovely and will make sure you have everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Bathroom was great. But most of all : the location is perfect ! Right in the heart of Torino.

Card machine didn't work, so be prepared to have cash at hand. Apart from that, absolutely nothing !

Large, very comfortable bed. Bottled spring water freely available. The security was very good and it felt safe. Good location for exploring the city on foot; also close to bus routes. Homemade jam and cakes for breakfast were lovely.

We were in the Sophia room, accessed by an open plan metal staircase - not easy to manoeuvre with luggage. The design of the Sophia room is a bit particular.

20 minutes walking distance from Porta Susa station. Very close to Porta Paletina, Museo Reali and major attractions of Torino. There are nice restaurants nearby. Rooms have a nice concept

Location was amazing, close to historical center. The host was nice and helpful. The breakfast was simple but quite variable and tasty.

Soundproofing - you can hear literally everything !

Nice lokation but that room not for persons with bad legs. Cosy and nice place.

We could not enjoy the breakfast because our son had a competition which started earlier than the breakfast was served

Staff very helpful and were happy to answer questions about my day in Turin as they spoke English. I spent 6 nights in Marilyn suite. Felt very secure there. Location close to restaurants and transport. Nice breakfast.

Too much street noise. Earplugs were provided but if you are a poor sleeper, ask for a quieter room!

Stayed for two nights just over a week ago. Great location, the centre is within a short walk, spotlessly clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.
