Excellent location and easy to find. Very quick check in and check out. All staff really nice. Decent size room with comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent air conditioning and wifi. Good bathroom with plentiful hot water and easy to use. Huge breakfast to suit all tastes.

My score would have been a 10 but for the noise of waste water in my room. I was on the first floor and was aware of all toilet flushes and showers being taken on the floors above, so much so that it woke me on three of my four nights there. This has never happened to me before and really shouldn't in a 4 star hotel

The one thing I was most impressed with was breakfast; it was AMAZING! Every morning there is a selection of meats, cheeses, fresh bread, croissants, tarts, cakes, yogurt, a variety of fresh fruit, cereals, specialty coffee (of course, we're in Turin), and the piece the resistance for me was the freshly squeezed orange juice. The morning team is so friendly, helpful, and courteous, the front desk, especially Daniele. In the evening, there is a selection of complimentary appetizers to accompany whichever drink you may order (drinks are not complementary). The room we stayed in was spacious: a very comfortable bed, a mini fridge, and a spacious desk. Windows are soundproof. The location is excellent, 1 minute from Piazza Castello. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Torino.

In the evening it was not easy to find someone to make you a drink a the bar, understandable since there's only one person and the bar area is pretty empty in the evening.

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the historic center of Torino. What a gem: super friendly people, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds and quiet (ask for a room in the back, because on the street side there’s noise from the trams). The price is very reasonable. And the interior design is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again next time. Torino is a beautiful and delightful city.

Nothing Or maybe one tip: towels and sheets really don’t need to be changed every day, except if we ask for it (more environmentally friendly).

The staff attention was great, they were very supportive and kind. The room was so spacious. They offered free snacks for the evening and the restaurant for the breakfast was so good with great quality, also the location is excellent.

It does not have parking lot, so you have to go somewhere else, is a bit tricky to get by car to the hotel. We needed a permission to drive the car to the hotel. The room was so noisy since there is a metro going next to the rooms.

The location is very good- central. The welcome was very warm and no hassle at check in. The room looks exactly like it is in the pictures. Stayed on 3rd floor. No noise issue. Very clean

No telephones in room so you need to go down to receptions if you need assistance. No slippers/ gown. Floors are cold especially after a nice warm shower. How about rug on both side of bed. Why only 1 chair. Clearly a deluxe room should have at least 2 chairs. How about having a guide to navigate hotel services -brochure

Disappointed our friends had an upgrade to a suite on a different floor and weren’t next to each other as requested although fair to say our room was lovely . Also their suitcases were taken to their room but ours wasnt a small niggle but a bit annoying when we had paid the same Also no robe or slippers that were included in the description of the superior rooms but again a small grumble as could be due to Covid rules

TV was not working but it seems that they had some issues with all rooms. Technical problems can happen so it isn't a deal breaker! ;-) with regards to the breakfast, I think for a 4 star hotel there could have been a bit more selectiion.

Location, staff, quality of rooms and food.

Breakfast was split into TWO rooms. So there was substantial walking between the "taking of food" and sitting down to eat food..... not very convenient. in addition, there was NO table for THREE people. So not very family friendly, unfortunately.

Staff so helpful and friendly.Location is perfect. Breakfast is very good-plenty of choice and good quality. We were upgraded to a superior double which was more than big enough with a very large bathroom. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. The staff was very cooperative. T.he hotel is perfectly located with respect to some points of interest, like the Castello and Museo Egizio
