The staff were lovely and so helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It was our first time in Italy and we are so glad we chose Hotel Ponte Sassi. We were welcomed and made comfortable and from dinner recommendations. Directions. And booking taxis. They couldn't of been more easy going. Breakfast every morning and a warm smile each time we left and each time we arrived back. We will definitely return on our next visit. Housekeeping each morning ensured we arrived back to a clean tidy room to which we were super grateful. We were also very touched with the owner extending a warm gift of an olive branch to celebrate and share the culture of psalm Sunday.

The place is amazing, it's just away from the main center for sometime. But I managed to use the Motor Bicyle for everything. A bus station is right in front of the place which takes you to the center and also the tram. A supermarket is located 10 min away from the hotel and has everything. The rooms are cool and has an air condition which can easily be modified to your liking. Breakfast was minimal to Croissants and Pain Chocolat and some cerials and of course beverages such as orange, pineapple. Rooms has everything from a kattle to small fridge

Nothing... Just the pub next to the hotel has sometimes a higher sounds of Music with base. Everything else was cool

Very helpful personel. The receptionist was very polite, supportive, and very kind. The breakfast was nice , and again, I felt that the Mr and Ms running the hotel wanted the guests to feel well. The location is good. One can be in the centre with tram nr 15. Good value for money hotel.

Nice , old building , so also the hotel room has this old feeling. However, it was clean and well equipped.

The breakfast was excellent. Full of different kinds of dishes and the staff was very friendly. I was offered sweets to take in case I was hungry mid-morning. This does not normally happen. And what was left over from the breakfast section was offered to poor people on the street. This is also very unusual and very nice. I was struck by this kind and generous attitude.

Everything went well. The family management made me feel at home. Even the rooms are cozy, warm and very clean. I slept very well. In the morning the staff greeted me and asked if I had slept well. This pleased me, a very cozy place.

It is an awesome hotel located off the city center in a beautiful, quiet place near the Po River. There is a bus and tram stop next to the hotel and many stores and cafés nearby. The rooms are pretty small but comfortable and have everything needed: all toiletries, a kettle, tea, coffee and water. People at the reception are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended. Will be glad to come back some day

Internet was very slow, I could hardly work, and had to cancel online meetings. Everything else was great

Breakfast, cleaness, quiteness, price. I had very good breakfast and very welcoming staff. Finding the hotel was easy, and there was a restaurant nearby, one night stay was perfect for me with the price I paid.

The location, overall facilities of the room / bed. The location is a bit far from the city center, but for the price I paid, I think that justify the price.

Very attentive and nice personnel! Very helpful lady in the kitchen who serves breakfast. Deliciuos breakfast, good coffee! :) 10 min walk to tram/bus stop. There is an AMAZING restaurant La Medusa (in the same building, next door)! Believe me, you will regret if you wont visit here!

The hotel needs a little renovation, but in that case, you would pay much higher price. And now, I think, it's very good value for money.

A parking lot for who is coming by car . You can let your car and reach easily the city center with tram 15. The people who work in the hotel are really nice and the breakfast has different salty and sugar choise.

The wall is thin, you can hear what happen in the other room.

The people of the hotel was welcoming and helped you to feel comfortable, they give you informations if needed. The breakfast was excellent. You could get genuine italian coffee (expresso, doppio, capuccino) , fresh fruits, good bread. I recommand the place

My Son and I stayed the one night in the hotel where we found the owners really friendly and welcoming. The room was large and really clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also lovely with plenty to choose from. I'd definitely stay there again.
