If you come to Torino for Business that I came for the "Bike up" e-bike exhibition the hotel Vinzaglio is more than enough.Is 300 meters away from Porta Susa,Susa train station that the Bus terminal for the busses coming from Torino Airport and or Malpensa Milano airport are next to the Susa train station.Managing a hotel is an art Couple that are managing the hotel they are really good artists.I respect the artists when they are living because because they do their paintings every day on the same wall.

Instead of curtain they could make a cabin for the showers.it is difficult to open the doors with the keys although the doors are fantastic and original.

I expected to check in really late, and the host was very kind to allow my request beforehand. Unexpectedly, my bus arrival into Turin was delayed and I turned up at the hotel in the middle of the night. Yet the host was very understanding and polite, and waited up for me. It was this hospitality that touched me. The bus station is a very walkable 15mins away, and the train station is even nearer. To the city centre it takes about 25mins of leisure walking. Room is clean and spacious, and very much value for money for Western Europe standards.

We were only there one night, breaking a long train journey. The lady who greeted us was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, a decent size and good value. There was tea, coffee. The very nice chocolates and vegan biscuits were much appreciated. Location was excellent, close to Porta Susa station, walking distance from Porta Nova for our journey the following day. Several restaurants close by, we found an excellent pizzeria.

Nothing. The hotel is upstairs, but there is a lift. The lift is not that large if you have several bags or are claustrophobic. (Didn't bother us)

It is a magnificent historical building with a very beautiful ceilings and fantastically specious windows which are connected to the main stairs of the building. The windows as I understand usually open during the summer season and it was very special atmosphere from the inner yard where were lots of young people gathering together. My room was also spacious and I got everything what I could practically need for my short stay: the tea cattle, the instant coffee & the tea, some cookies, the TV, the Internet and so on. The host was very friendly and helpful.

I was pleased with everything

The room was large and very clean. The location is very good and the staff was very friendly, available 24/7 and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel at the departure day. We had breakfast ones a room with shared bathroom but we got a room with private bathroom. The furniture is not very modern but still the room had everything we needed and was totally fine considering the really low room rate. We can absolutely recommend the hotel.

Good location and service. The staff were very friendly but it was difficult to contact them because they were not at the reception most of the time. The shared bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday and gave complimentary biscuits and coffee. Good safety and cleanliness. The room itself was spacious and had all necessary amenities. It is located 5 minutes by walk from Porta Susa station.

The place is not far from Porta Susa so it is very easy to reach it when you travel by train. The place was very clean, cleaned every day, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a kettle and some biscuits provided by the hotel. There was everything needed for a short stay in this city.

The hotel is in an old building and has bad noise cancellation. The bathroom was in the room, which is very comfortable, however, it was very loud to use it. The center can be reached by 20 minute walk.

Walking distance from Torino Porta Susa train station and well connected with the metro. Croce verde and Italian police station are around the corner and it makes you feel safe.

The other guests were a little noisy

It was quite palatial for the price , the room was very large and elegant and it was on a lovely tree lined street not far from station .

I like everything , may a fluffier pillow , and although I like hard beds some might prefer a softer mattress , It was a very spacious one

A large, airy room in the centre of Turin. Staff were excellent and helpful. Fantastic value - wish I could have stayed longer.

Some of the facilities, e.g. shower tray, are a bit tired and old but overall no complaints.
