Good location, extremely helpful staff, very clean. Good water pressure in shower, large cupboard and a small minibar/fridge. Plenty of nice restaurants within few blocks. Traditional, well-kept hotel with 24 h reception. Very good value, excellent location on relatively quiet street, close to various bus and tram stops plus railway station.

I was ok, but there’s no elevator. For people with large suitcases it may be a challenge.

The room was super clean exactly how it looked in the pictures. The hotel was in a great location, 5 mins walk from Porta Nuova and so many shops and restaurants. There is also a small Carrefour right next to the hotel. Receptionists were always really friendly and helpful. We stayed on the first floor overlooking the little courtyard and it was nice and peaceful.

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Extemely central, safe clean and sound location, amazing staff. Everywhere is walking distance, we didn’t have to use the public transportation even once (just as well because everyone on the tram line 4 looked miserable and fed-up) staff is extremely friendly. One of the best value for money deals I ever had.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Location is the best if you come by train. The room is clean and tidy for a great comfy rest. The breakfast is a good option to start the day if you don´t know the city. Recomendable!

The price could be a little lower. I mean, for just passing the night, could be too much luxury. But in general all other services and customer attention were just great.

The hotel is very clean, easy to access, walking distance from many restaurants, cafés, shops and sights. The price/quality ratio is outstanding! We will definitely stay here again and can recommend it to anyone. The area is very safe (this is what our Italian friends told us). Great to have 24/7 reception.

The hotel is very closed to the train station; the room was comfortable and clean; and the staff is extremely kind. I highly recommend this hotel. Plus, there is a grocery store and a super cool wine bar/restaurant nearby (less than 1 min walk).

There is nothing I dislike.

We stayed there for just one night, and it was perfect. Clean bathroom, the shower worked without any issues, or leak. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning was good and working. Breakfast in the morning starts at 7, and lasts until 10.

Breakfast could offer more choices, but it was good enough.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and early check-in, if possible is offered with no extra cost.

The room was VERY small and being on the ground floor right next to the road wasn't the most pleasant.
