In the past, I've stayed at a hotel near the Mestre train station, but it can be stressful trying to get to the airport. I felt very secure knowing I could practically see Marco Polo from the grounds of the hotel! Your shuttle drivers are very friendly.

This fully met my expectations. At first I was a bit unhappy that there was not food on the premises, but the chance to take the shuttle to a local restaurant was actually easy and the food was great. (And, BTW, breakfast was very good -- onsite.) And, a bonus was the opportunity to sit in your little bar and have a Spritz and check my emails.

We checked in around 6:30pm because we had a 6:25am flight the following morning. The staff was friendly but the restaurant was excellent! We were traveling with a group of 6 and we had a lovely meal. Each of us loved what we ordered. To say the least, we all were pleasantly surprised. Then the hotel ordered a shuttle for us to arrive at 4:15am and it was on time and took us directly to the airport. The only thing that would've been better is if the shuttle had dropped us off in front of the departure area. Instead, he parked in the lot and we had to take a long walk to get there. It would've been fine except we had been traveling for 2 weeks and we all had lots of luggage.

Lovely place, far more comfy and charming that one would expect. The sitting area and fireplace off the lobby is surprisingly cosy. Adored my room at the back in an annex. Felt really at home. Incredibly quiet. Hotel picks you up and buses you to hotel or airport for something like 5 euro. A great service.

The restaurant is closed on Sunday but the hotel buses you to a local restaurant. It's not great (avoid fish on Sunday) but it's great to have this option as a lot of restaurants are closed and not many hotels around have restaurants.

Great location, close proximity to Marco Polo Airport.. Great little clean rooms with everything you need for an overnight stay before or after a flight.. the restaurant was terrific and served some really nice food and coffee - they even made us a cappuccino at 9pm, which is normally a bit of a ‘no no’ in Italy 😄 .. travellers to and from the airport are also well catered for with a shuttle bus service provided by the hotel

The property and what it provided was perfect for our needs, given we had an early morning flight the following day and didn’t want run the gauntlet from the middle of Venice.. the only curious element was the airport shuttle not pulling up in the drop off area outside the terminal and guests having to load and unload their own suitcases from the bus - which would’ve been really difficult for a couple of the female guests if I hadn’t been there to assist.. I’m not sure why the male driver didn’t help

Shuttle arrived straight away after calling. I had planned to walk, but arrived in the middle of a storm. The welcome was friendly and quick. The room was lovely and the breakfast really good. This is a great location if you are arriving by plane the night before a meeting or have a flight back early morning.

This is not the hotel's fault, but I was woken in the night by a child screaming and I guess it's parents talking loudly to him, it would be good to put distance between family travelers and business travelers, if that's possible. But otherwise, I cannot fault the hotel for what I needed.

Best airport hotel we have ever stayed at worldwide! The hotel staff are very helpful and attended to all of our needs.From calling a very popular restaurant in Venice to book a table, making sure we had a taxi to the restaurant and organising our shuttle to the airport. Ensuring a stress free stay before we left for home. A special shout out to Leonardo for taking the time to give us all the information we needed and sharing his knowledge of the local area. He also makes a great vermouth cocktail. All in all the consumate host! Note: We had an early flight and although the hotel is only a 5 minute ride, the airport was very busy and security was gridlocked, so I would recommend to anyone else to make sure you arrive with plenty of time to spare!

That we only stayed one night.

Beautiful room overlooking the field and the Dolomites in the distance. Quiet. The staff was excellent. Helpful, courteous and positive. The room itself was handsome: Crisp linens, a beautiful bathroom, simple warm design. At 3:30 the next morning the taxi arrived within 3 minutes of the call from the front desk.

We would have preferred 2 pillows for each of us. Also, we would make information readily available online about which bus (#5) to take from Piazzale Roma and which bus stop at which to exit the bus for the walk to the hotel. (We ended up having to walk with our luggage from the airport. The bus driver wasn’t helpful.)

Convenient location close to Marco Polo Airport. Evening meal was excellent, and, to be honest far exceeded my expectations both in terms of quality and value for money for an "Airport Hotel". The room was spacious enough and clean. Both concierges at check in and check out were extremely helpful - especially check out, allowing a stay in the lounge to work whilst awaiting my flight, and even providing an adapter from a standard Euro plug to the local slightly narrower Italian version.

Not much really. There was little room to work in the room I had, and the bathroom was a little small, with nowhere for the shower bag to be stored.

Beautiful rooms and tranquil for being so close to the airport. You'd think you were in the countryside. We were kindly shuttled to a local restaurant in the evening for free as their restaurant was closed. Handy for shuttle to airport in the morning at an added cost of €5 pp.

The reception was quite haphazard and reminded us of faulty towers. We were abruptly told upon arrival that half the staff were off work sick and he was under duress. The restaurant was closed, so no food was available until a shuttle at 630pm that evening to a local restaurant (this was at 1030am in the morning). We understand this was all beyond his control. Warning: Do not try and walk to or from this lovely hotel as surrounded by busy motorways!

The location is perfect, very near to the airport. I have ordered a shuttle bus to and from the hotel it was fast and professional, thank you for this opportunity. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is very important for a great rest. The hotel itself has several facilities that are organised and located in a harmony with well looked after territory. Breakfast has everything you would have prepare for yourself at home.
