It was a wonderful city break. Thanks to the staff, they were very responsive, we asked for a blanket for the stroller- they found a blanket, we asked for additional chairs- and they brought chairs. The staff at breakfast are simply wonderful, helpful women, thanks to the lady who cleaned the room, everything was clean and there was enough of everything. Breakfast is delicious, simple but has everything enough, good coffee. Location perfect in central.

In the apartment kitchen there is not enough seating for a family of 4 to have dinner all together.

Great location, just 10 mins walk from the Arena & Piazza Bra. Family room was fabulous, really spacious & clean, the disco shower was lovely. A beautiful modern interior in a lovely old building. Breakfast was great. a vast selection of hot and cold food in super cute dishes. Best breakfast we’ve had in Italy. We would recommend a restaurant called Ristorante Nastro Azzurro In Piazza Bra, fabulous food & welcoming staff. We strongly recommend the Verona House Aparthotel. We will definitely return. An absolute gem. It exceeded our expectations. The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing not to like.

We liked everything you’d expect and more at the Verona House Aparthotel. The staff were some of the best we encountered on our Italy tour, especially Stefano but everyone was above and beyond friendly and helpful - also had excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location, within a few minutes walking of the Arena and the historic part of town, is priceless on a hot hot day when you’re able to go back to the hotel for a break. The room was beautifully decorated and obviously some thought put into the tasteful design - cannot fault anything. Would go back in a heart beat! Thank you VH Aparrhotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

Communication was excellent. The location was close to all major sites and we had a great view of the castle. The hotel was just outside the ZTL which is great for those driving.

The breakfast was OK but not the best we’ve had during our stay in Italy.

Big recommendation for this place. We stayed there for three nights and everything was great. The location is great, the staff is wonderful and helpful, everybody so kind.Our accommodation was very clean and big enough. We were here with our dog and everything was great. Breakfast was very good. If we ever go back to Verona, we definitely gonna stay here again.

All the stuff was really helpful and very kind! They really did everything possible to help us and especially with my 1 year old baby. The location is excellent and the breakfast really good!

Unfortunately the baby bed that was provided to us was in really bad shape. It was old and very dirty. Unfortunately the filth of the baby bed has caused skin disease to our baby.

The staff were friendly, supportive, and helpful. The location was ideal, and we would strongly recommend it to those who wish to visit Verona.

As we wanted to sleep in separate rooms, the one of us who slept on the sofa bed was not entirely happy with its frame. Perhaps the sofa bed had been used several times, therefore the frame was flimsy rather than sturdy. A more solid sofa bed would have made the experience flawless.

Room was so clean. Location was fantastic. We tried to stay an extra night as the bed was so comfortable but unfortunately it was booked out. Location was great. Great Restaurant. Coffee was fantastic at the little place a couple of doors up. The staff were fantastic wanting to give us extra water for our trip when we left. We had a really good stay. Our car was taken away to be garaged and back the next morning waiting for us.

Location was good Easy to find parking on the street

While clean, the place / our room could use some small repairs (broken sockets, misaligned door in the shower, misaligned mirrors), wine glasses would be nice too :)

Fantastic breakfast! There was a wide variety of pastries, meats, eggs, pancakes, fruits, cheeses, and cold cuts, drinks to choose from. One of the best breakfasts I had in a hotel in a long time! Was pleasantly surprised by how big the room was! Our bed was extremely comfortable and bed sheets were super pleasant. The shower had a spa treatment light and overhead raindrop shower. Exquisite! The hotel is in a perfect location close to all attractions but at the same time in a quiet spot. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Has nothing to do with the hotel, but note if you need any groceries or a pharmacy everything is closed after 7-8 p.m in Verona, except restaurants, and very few things are open on Sunday.
