The location was great, so close to the centre. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately our room, whilst very clean and tidy had a few issues. The air conditioning was poor which although annoying wasn't a huge problem as temperatures weren't too high. The bed was broken which we had to suffer with on the first night until we could report it for repair. It was repaired very quickly. It was just bad luck and I don't think a reflection on the hotel as a whole. In fact it's a positive how the staff reacted.

The last hotel of our trip to Italy was the most successful. It is as wonderful as in the photos. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds. The building is located in the historical center of the city, three minutes walk from the arena. The windows overlook a quiet street and you can even sleep with the window open. The room has everything you need. The breakfast was very rich and varied, which is quite rare for Italy. We were very pleased with the hotel, which brightened up our stay in this wonderful city.

The breakfast turned out to be the best throughout our whole trip to Italy. We were pleasantly surprised. The car was safely locked in an underground garage only we had access to for an additional price. The location was perfect, very close to the center. There's a good ramen place on the same street in case you arrive late and hungry ;)

The room was a bit cold, around 18 degrees. There is a thermostat, though, so it's probably an easy fix, but we didn't bother :)

The room was well appointed on the third floor It was quite quirky being in the roof of the building and had beautiful wood work The hotel was a short walk to the amphitheatre in the centre of the city and on the main artery to the railway station The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful !

The building we were was in a different building to the reception and breakfast room While for an overnighter , was no issue to us , for a longer stay it could be a bit of an inconvenience . The other building was about 50 metres away

Nice small hotel in the city center of Verona, just a short walk from Piazza Bra and the arena. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars near by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and our room was clean and comfortable. Bonus points for the small walk-in closet, where we could keep the luggage and hang our clothes. Reception and breakfast are in a separate building, but only about 100m walk from the hotel. Stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time there.

Location is very central, less than 10mins walk to Piazza Bra and Arena. We stayed here because we attended a concert in the Arena. Beds were comfy and room was spacious. Check in and breakfast were at another hotel few meters away. Breakfast was very good , a lot of food to choose from.

Bathroom was small and narrow. You have to squeeze yourself in the shower as it was a bit small. but otherwise it was clean. Our room was ground floor and the windows faced a narrow street. It was a bit noisy.

We stayed for one night, and I chose this hotel due to its close location to Piazza Bra, as we were going to Arena di Verona for the opera, which was supposed to finish late at night. The hotel is located in a historic building in a quiet street, next to the old city center and all these beautiful sights, including Arena, Castelvecchio, Arca Gavi, and Porta Borsari. Just 15 min walk from Porta Nova railway station, many nice restaurants nearby, as well as Eurospar supermarket. The personnel was very friendly, speaking several European languages. The room was clean and spacious, with free wifi, and the breakfast was pretty good, too.

Fantastic Location and Breakfast ! Highly recommend this Hotel ! We booked an economy room ( only room left) so wasn’t expecting it to be as comfortable as it actually was . The Breakfast staff was so nice and made you any style of Italian coffee ‘s you can think of 😊

The hotel is a clean and modern establishment. The hotel is located on a quiet side street within walking distance of good restaurants, the arena and the historic and shopping district. The gentleman at the reception recommended a very good restaurant for dinner before the opera. Following the opera, we comfortably walked back to the hotel after midnight. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

I honestly don’t think there was anything I didn’t like. Perhaps one should know that the hotel has two locations for the rooms. There is the main hotel with reception and the dining room while the other location is a stone’s throw away on the same street.

Breakfast is freash and very good quality products (including the coffee). The bed was confortable. The place is clean and they accept the dogs.

The room we got was ground floor, with a small inner court window - no light. We had to have the light on during the day to see something. I think that kind of room is good just for sleeping. Although the soundproofing is very bad and you can hear everything, so maybe earplugs are good. Check in took long, ~15 minutes and there was just a couple in front.
