Very friendly staff and great selection at breakfast. They have plenty vegetarian choices and also some vegan options. The rooms were clean and as shown in the photos. You're directly in the City which is very convenient when you want to go out.

I wouldn't say that we didn't like it, but the pool is rather small compared to other hotels. Also, they only have a few parking spots at the hotel directly so you might have to park at another parking lot. That is not the worst as it's not too far away and doesn't cost you extra, but it's another reason why, we wouldn't rate the hotel with a 10.

We booked the Dolomiti apartment as there was 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 children, we were very surprised with how big and well equipped it was, it had everything we needed, large terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs for eating outside, Mountain View. Beds were very comfortable, place was spotless. Bakery right outside door and town centre 1 min walk away in either direction. Spar 1 minute walk and bigger supermarket around 3-4 min walk. we would book again. We were disappointed we hadn’t booked to stay longer. Staff were also excellent

Loved everything about the property

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to help us resolve some problems with our other pre-planned activities during our stay! They were very understanding and supportive and went above and beyond. The hotel was clean, comfortable and idilic with character. The location was very convenient.

My only issue was with the hotel closing for check in at 10pm- it’s limiting in terms of choice of flight times but more of a ‘something to be aware of’ rather than a reason not to stay at this wonderful hotel

The staff were some of the nicest people I have ever met. Helped us out tremendously and always greeted us with a smile. We had some issues with noise late at night and the evening manager handled it for us! The room was a great size and had everything we needed for our family.

There was some unwanted noise from the outside street, but it was nothing in the control of the hotel. They even handled it for us when it got to be to much.

Top location in old town zone , super comfort room full facility with pantry (feel like good living apartment big size room with very friendly hospitality services) parking at hotel , pool, safety, very helpful/friendly staff. We extended our stay here because of all good things.

Loved the location. Right in town centre and close to all shops, restaurants & transport. The room was great as we had a suite. Very clean & tidy.

Would have loved a coffee maker as we are big coffee drinkers! Our family stayed in a double room and shower was very small, but they still loved the hotel.

The hotel was just in the citycenter. The breakfast was really good! Staff spoke fluently English and also I heard them speaking German. They were smiling and were friendly and did everything to make our stay perfect ! Our room wasn’t so nice, but we paid so little money and stayed only one night, we just slept there. Still recommend this place!

It's a small, cozy hotel. There is a place for a car. Exit to a picturesque street. A place that you want to return to. Clean. The castle and the funicular is within walking distance. If you need a standard socket you need to ask for an adapter at the reception.

Staff are very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is very good with crepes available to order. Location is amazing, right in the centre of Malcesine with a great view of the castle. Parking is really convenient. Our room was spacious and modern.

Minor point but the bathroom was a bit small and a bit dated.
