Friendly and keen to help staff at front desk. Room was very big and very nice. We missed a piece of furniture like a wardrobe or cabinet to make it more home like and to fill the big room. Good beds (we slept very well) and a good breakfast. We had two good nights here and will come back.

The bar most of the times did not have staff so to order a few drinks took some time. Some staff gave very small drinks while other gave larger drinks. (No standard) We had dinner at the hotel and an older polite gentleman was doing all the tables alone. He seemed a little stressed. It took time to be served, but I could see it was not his fault at all. More staff should be in the restaurant at dinner time not just one. (I am sure there must have been a good reason for it but after all we (all the others in the restaurant) were guests too! The food was just OK.

Economy room is very spacious yet in a retro style. If you are looking for something more modern (including bathroom) then book the Design Room. Nevertheless, Economy room is very spacious with a comfortable 2m x 2m double bed, comfortable mattress and a selection of three different types of pillows (upon request). Bathroom is large and spacious. Both room and bathroom were very clean. Buffet breakfast which meets all tastes, likes and standards. Best time to enjoy your breakfast is around 09:00 and 09:15 (less crowd). Staff was exceptionally friendly and very accommodating and always with a smile. Finally, the Spa is phenomenal. Small (if a couple or group of friends reserve the Spa for 2 hours of personal use well in advance - highly worth it) but offering a sauna, Turkish bath (Hamam), cold/warm waterfalls, jacuzzi and lounge chairs for relaxing.

Check in at 14:00 can take a bit longer than anticipated especially on a Sunday if there is only one staff member in attendance. Bathroom was missing a shower curtain.

The room was clean, tidy, and decorated in a modern style. The breakfast staff was extremely friendly, earning them a 5/5 rating. The hotel is well connected to the city center by bus lines 32 and 33. Tickets for the bus can be conveniently purchased via an app.

The mattress was firm, ideal for people over 100 kg, though the pillows were not very comfortable. The breakfast itself could be improved, especially for vegetarians, as options were limited, including mainly corn, chickpeas, and tomatoes. I was able to get a soy milk cappuccino from the staff, which was appreciated, and there were also chia seeds and other grains available. .

The hotel was good. The room decor was slightly dated, but it was all clean and functional. The room was big and the temperature was perfect. Lovely breakfast buffet. It was a very convenient location for the half marathon start line I went to run but a bit far from the city centre. You can catch a bus but the service is not so frequent on weekends and stops at around 8pm. There was free parking, which was very handy.

Mattress was a bit hard, and there was no shower curtain. Other than that, everything was functional and good value for money.

Easy check in and check out, the room was very big, clean and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing!! There is both free and paid parking which is great! It is approximately 30 mins walk from the center but if you have a car it's very near!

The hotel is pet friendly but in the arrival you are welcomed with a paper with rules about the dog which is a little too much ! We travel a lot with our dog and it is the first time we see this! Maybe they had bad experiences in the past with dogs barking in the rooms !! Other than that everything was 👍

Very Nice hotel with Spa facilities. Great location only 10 minute walk to the Arena. Very good breakfast Nice big bedroom with a double shower. very friendly ladies on reception. Nice bar area.

The restaurant was close the day we arrived. It was a bank holiday, but felt the hotel could of pre warned us and no other options open near by!! we had to have McDonald's. The evening reception/bar staff were not very friendly. After waiting at the bar to be served we then had to go to reception to ask if we could get a drink. This was only about 8pm. The man did serve us but it seemed such an effort!!

The place was according to my expectations.

The oriental looking gentleman in the front desk. I requested him to take a look at my air conditioning in my room due to the room being a little to hot and he came to me making me feel as if I were an inmate in a jail. His argument was that it was too hot outside (which indeed was), but he should have been more polite in his explanation, specially because I approched him in a very friendly fashion. Note: I have been to places with extreme heat, but their air conditioning Systems work better.

Great location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast and overall a really pleasant hotel to stay in. Also, because I had no idea, but they keep the water in the mini fridge. The bed was super comfortable and considering I came for a marathon, I was able to get plenty of rest.

I found socks under my bed that weren’t mine, and the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable to use because there’s no shower curtain and it’s very easy to get the floor wet because you’re really exposed. Also, I wish they had a sign that said the water is in the fridge. Other hotels in Italy leave it on the table, so I assumed there wasn’t any.

- The room was exactly like advertised on the website 🙂 Nice bed, really comfy. Lovely room layout. I liked that they had one long counter table and another small table with chairs. Nice air conditioning in the room too. - It was really handy that the room had a kettle and a refrigerator, and they provide free water bottles. - The bathroom was nice too and there was lots of towels. - A lovely breakfast buffet which was really delicious and filling. - There was a on-site bar/coffee section.

- The blinds to the window was were hard to open. As a result I ended up keeping them closed. - The bathroom amenities such as the soap and shampoo could’ve been nicer.

The accommodation is about 25 minutes walk from the city center. Parking on site (underground parking 10 € per day - a charging station for electric cars is available). The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious, you can darken the windows. Windows are a bit noisy (not a point of criticism). Junior suite with whirlpool is incredibly spacious. Bathroom is large, flush is a bit out of place (you get used to it). Everything you need for a weekend stay is available. The breakfast is good, from jam to ham, cheese, egg, tomatoes, mozzarella etc. there is everything.

Point of criticism for breakfast: vending machine coffee, very watery. Buns (small white bread loaves) are bland in taste.
