The staff is very professional and everyone speaks English. Everyone is friendly and I didn't have a single complaint during my 3-day stay with my family

The hotel is pet frendly and that's ok. But the thing that bothered me, and I believe most of the guests as well, is that dogs are allowed to enter the room where you eat, and so while you are eating, the dogs bark in your ear, which is neither pleasant nor nice. In my case, the woman sitting next to me in the baby carriage had 2 dogs that barked every few minutes, so I didn't really like the meal I ate.

Perfect modern and clean hotel just 10’ from the center of Verona that was fairly priced We had intreconnected rooms that were modern, airconditioned and clean The staff was very helpful giving us instructions on where to park and where to eat Adequate free parking in front of the hotel Large shopping mall with supermarket 3’ from the hotel I would definitely stay there again next time i visit Verona

Nice hotel, super clean. The staff is super nice. Anny from reception was so nice, explaining me everything and she speaks english very well. The hotel is located quite far from the city center (15 min drive) but it is close to the highway. There is a super nice mall 5 minutes drive by car. The room is quite small for 2 people but you have everything you need: amenities, TV, air conditioning, safe box, towels, water, coffee machine + coffee. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is ok (not to many options). Small gym available. Good internet. Dogs are allowed in this hotel. I traveled with my dog and I paid for him for 4 nights- 15 euro.

No underground parking available, like in description, during summer when outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius. There is available a public, free parking in from of the hotel but the car is in the sun all day long.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Leonardo in Verona, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Location near to Autostrada. Free parking 🅿️ place without problems. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds , mattresses and pillows. I asked for a quiet room on high floors during the booking and they gave me the room no.426. I was very satisfied from our stay. We arrived after midnight after a long road travel with my son. At the reception desk was a very polite person who helped us for a quick check in and gave us many useful information about our stay... Thanks a lot Mrs Valentina!

Ι couldn't find anything negative really!

Cleaning was spotless. Beds and pilows were really comfortable. Totally enjoy a proper check-out time nowadays, appreciate theirs. Hotel close to the highway, perfect for a necessary layover.

As with any hotel, if the guests next room or the ones passing by in the hallway don't respect people's rest time, it can get noisy. So if you are a light sleeper, make sure you carry your earplugs as the rooms are not properly isolated.

Nice and modern hotel. Almost everything was perfect. Plenty of parking spaces. You can walk to the exhibition center or the center in a few minutes. Nice staff.

On arrival they requested a payment card according to their words for verification, even though the stay was paid in advance. Subsequently, I found out that the amount of 50 Eur was blocked on my account, even after 3 weeks from the end of the stay, nothing happens and the amount is still blocked. They told me to take it up with my bank! Crazy! I haven't come across this anywhere else.

The room was spacious, clean, modern, with a comfy bed and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Parking spaces were always available. Parking is free of charge. For lovers of darkness there are blinds and additionally blackout curtains so you can easily sleep in. The hotel is located close to the highway which in our case was great.

They are helpful . The remove glass table when I inform them that I have small baby might be break it. Also they change the twin bed to king bed for free. My booking was 2 connected rooms. One with king bed & the second with twin bed.

Superb service and welcome. Me , my wife and my 4year old daughter enjoyed the place, breakfast is good and good service.

About the location it’s too far from the train station but not bad ,no balcony that’s the problem for me to smoke I have to get in to the lobby so that’s about me for a non smoker is superb
