We had comfortable stay. Room was clean and comfortable. A Pot was damaged but I called the reception about it and they promptly sent a new pan. Location feels little interior, river view, cab to centre (approx 2 km) costs 10 euros. Enough free parking available.

Clean, big room. Location was good for our purposes and bus went close by to city centre. Breakfast was fairly basic but as expected and good.

Beds were hard :(

The apartment was spacious and very clean, perfect for a family or group of friends. The kitchen had enough pots, plates, cups and cutlery for a short stay. The bathroom was very nice with more than enough towels and toilet papers. I liked that we could order food (through a delivery app) and have it delivered to us even after midnight - which means that the location was very convenient for delivery service too. There’s a bus stop 2mins away from the property which facilitates commuting to and from city center. Both the neighborhood and the property were quiet and safe. As for staff members, although a particular one came off a litte rude and not very welling to help, Irene A. on the other hand was the nicest, most cheerful staff member you’ll meet. She was extremely helpful in every single aspect, like when we had an issue in the room or inquired about certain things regarding the laundry room, gym etc, or even when we requested suggestions for activities, attractions or restaurants in Verona. If I ever come back to stay in this residence or recommend it to someone else, it’d be thanks to her.

Despite having a nice balcony we couldn’t really enjoy it because our neighbor kept smoking weed all night long! I don’t understand how that’s allowed but maybe weed is legal in Italy I’m not sure. The washing machines were faulty when we used them but at least we got out money back. Either way I think that 5€ per wash then 4€ to dry is a little too much.

Breakfast was really good, I think everyone can find a suitable meal (cereals with milk / soya milk, crepes, toasts with ham & cheese, fresh fruits, yogurts, special biscuits gluten free, juice, coffee, tea etc.). Clean and nice room, helpful staff, relatively close to the down town (we've always walked to the centre, it takes approximately 20-25 mins). Parking on premises (see below the caveats though).

While parking on prem is a secure and convenient thing, there are caveats: late in the evening it's hard to find a spot on the parking yard (outside) where it's easier to park and you'll have to go down to the underground parking - now the problem starts if you have a bigger car because the parking spots are separated not only by concrete columns which are part of the construction but also with some metal pipes apparently to prevent careless guests to park one car on two parking spots :) Situation is even more complicated because the distance between a parking spot and the opposite wall is rather small. I'd recommend to be really careful and ask someone to assist you with parking (don't just rely on the parking camera and sensors - it is really narrow indeed).

In our opinion, this accommodation is a perfect solution for all kinds of trips to Verona and is also ideal for families. The facilities were super sufficient, the reception was always helpful and super friendly and the laundry room was a real blessing, especially for travelers on longer trips. We were very satisfied and would love to stay here again. In addition, everything from the supermarket to the car repair shop is within walking distance. It's a relaxed 20-minute walk into the city center, no problem. Oh, and there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house and a garage.

Sorry but a steam iron would be great, or two, maybe it will be available next time. Otherwise everything was really perfect.

Nice and newly renovated apartment, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Large balcony. The building is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood with good and easy bus service to the city center (but no busses running on Sundays!!) Convenient laundry facilities and good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Laundry facilities are pricy (EUR 4 for a load to wash, EUR 5 for the dryer) and staff frowned when I asked for change. Sound travels through the pipes so you can basically listen to your neighbors conversations when they talk in the bathroom. Our neighbors were quiet so it was not an issue but with noisy neighbors it might be bothersome.

The apartement is well equipped, and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everything was as advertised on the website. The beds are comfortable. The balcony is large, but the view from the lower floors is not very exciting. Stone flooring is cold and a bit uncomfortable, but more hygienic than a carpet. In general the apartment is not very cosy, but it is perfect for breakfast, shower and sleep. The really interesting stuff is in the town, anyway.

Sound insulation of the building is poor. You can hear the sounds of flushing toilets, showers, up-down rolling of shutters, conversations from other rooms. Dog barking and tobacco smoke from the next balcony was sometimes a bit disturbing.

Views from the terrace were very good. The location was a little out from the main area of Verona but a good bus service was just outside the residence. It was a nice walk into Verona alongside the river. The local neighborhood had good supermarket, cafes and restaurants.

Although a good bus service was available it didn't run late at night so a taxi or walk back from Verona if you were out late. The apartment was good but could have done with a kettle.

The room was spacious and clean. So too was the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Air-conditioning was quiet and effective. The large balcony was a bonus. Staff were courteous and helpful. There was a fairly good range of foods for breakfast. The pastries were particularly nice. Parking: Free, private parking on site was a big bonus for us. The hotel was easy to find by car and the parking was very spacious - certainly by Italian standards. There is parking above ground immediately in front of the hotel or underground. Although a parking space is not guaranteed, we had no problem finding an underground spot at the weekend in peak season. Location: You can reach the old city in 35 minutes by foot - walking along the river (slightly less if you take a more direct route through residential streets). A taxi takes 5 minutes and costs around 12EUR. A bus - if you can interpret the routes and find the stops - is just 1.5EUR.

Some minor issues. The breakfast coffee is awful. Others have said the same. Management should take note. There is no kettle in the room (I think this is standard for Italy). Although we had no problem finding a parking spot on site, it would be better if this could be reserved. Location: You wouldn't want to walk back late at night. The hotel is in a quiet residential area with poor lighting, and we witnessed individuals acting suspiciously near the hotel on two occasions.

Location in particular. Staff were pleasant. Convenience of a buffet breakfast. An excellent Gym on premises. Lots of parking spaces.

The shower! It was the width of a regular-sized bathtub with a half glass partition…keeps flooding the entire bath/toilet areas. Asked if we could have a room with a bathtub-were told that those rooms have not been renovated. Booked 2mths ahead as we were staying a month & asked for a room facing the garden & river, but had a 2nd level, facing the entrance (noisy) & can see into the private apartments across from the hotel’s building. Hence, assume the residents there can look into our room if we leave the curtains drawn open. Was told that all rooms facing the river are the smaller ones. We booked a studio (bedroom w a door & kitchen + sofa) for more comfort.
