The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and the view from the balcony was unmatched. Also the restaurant offered fresh, varied and high quality meals everyday so I didn't feel the need to go elsewhere for dinner. The location was perfect for making trips up Mount Etna.

The sound insulation was lacking, I could hear a lot of noise from the room above and from the corridor, but fortunately this didn't go on too late into the night. Also the fan was very weak so the room got a bit too warm in the night.

The location is very nice. Surroundings too. The breakfast was good and the waitress was nice.

The rooms on the 3rd floor are very small. You hit your head to the ceiling. Those weren’t mean to be real rooms but some technical spaces. The spa was dirty in some spaces like the hammam, too many people, impolite and speaking very loud. No courtesy rules for the spa, unfortunately.

The hotel has amazing views and is located close to Edna. The spa and swimming pool was a big plus. The outside pools have division for adults and kids, it’s not crowded and nice to rest there. The room was vast and clean, much space for luggage, comfortable bed, the balcony was nice. The dinner restaurant offered delicious meals.

The AC didn’t work properly, but it was not a problem at such an altitude since it was cool outside. The spa gets overcrowded after 16, so it’s not so relaxing to stay there. The same can feel for the breakfast, when we needed to wait for free tables and getting food at some areas - more breakfast space would be appreciated. These swimming hats to attend the spa (needed to be purchased additionally with cash) feel messy, since some staff say it’s required only for the indoors swimming pool, and the spa staff say it’s required everywhere, whereas many guests don’t use it anyways.

Great place just few km from Etna. Good starting point if you are planning to visit Etna National Park or Taormina, but dont want to stay with crowds. Plus for very good breakfast with big choice of different king of food, serving in a place with the best view. Also in the room you can find very good local lemonade and lavender cosmetisc.

In the SPA area you have to wear the swimming cup. I can undrstand it at the swimming pool, but in the sauna its a bit too much imo.

Very good location for visiting the Etna volcano and excursions to the surrounding area. Quiet and peaceful place. Very nice hotel from the outside.

Bed very uncomfortable, nice rooms in the depandance, but soundproofing minimal. You can hear the "neighbours" flushing the toilet or when they talk even at normal volume. Every movement can be heard. The most unpleasant surprise was the coffee at breakfast. Nowhere in all of Italy have I had worse coffee than here for breakfast. Otherwise, the breakfast was generally good.

The hotel is located at the foothill of the Etna. Perfect location if your are planning activities around Mount Etna. The hotel is a complex building with a lot of facilities. Great view to the valley below. The breakfast was sumptuos and if the buffet was not enough you could order what you needed.

There was no internet in the room because it was so far from the main building. They need to install a booster.

Good hotel with some lovely staff members (the two ladies at reception and the massage lady stand out for excellent service). We loved this hotel!

The one issue was the limited opening hours of the wellness section ie 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 7.30pm. I would love to see the wellness area open from 7.30 in the morning as I love an early swim.

Staff are friendly, breakfast is excellent and pool and wellness area are excellent. The hotel is on the route to Etna, from there it is 25 minutes to the cable car. The view from the hotel is impressive. On clear days you can see from Catania to Taormina.

The restaurant has the habit of presenting the bill - to be signed to the room number - before you actually ask for it. It turns out this is just policy of the hotel but it may be considered inappropriate if you are not used to it.

The location was great! It takes you only 15-20 minutes to arrive at the craters of Etna (Crateri Silvestri). The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. They gave us great tips for our trips. The wellness area was wonderful too and we spent a lot of time there. The rooms are good and facilities too. We definitively recommend you to stay there!

The hair dryer was really bad and it even broke and almost started to catch fire. The organisation of the staff was a little bit hectic and confused (but still always very friendly!)

I wanted to order something to eat in the swimming pool and usually you give the order to the waitor . At this hotel I had to go 150 meters away from the pool to order something to eat. There was only one choice a toast and I had to wait there to be prepared and take it and go back to my sunbed . Sorry but this is not service for a 4 star hotel .
