Good location to go to an Etna Tour. Ferdinando the host sent us all details upfront so we could enter our room easily. The terrace is huge, our room “Ilice” was facing Etna, so it was perfect. Room is spacious, equipped with everything you need ( cuttlery, glasses, water boiler, microwave oven, etc. Bathroom is also modern and clean.

Air conditioning was not so efficient, as it switched periodically for shorter periods and could not be set lower than 24 C. That may be sufficient if you leave it switched on for longer periods, which we could not test as we stayed only one night. Beds are opened couches with a bit too thin matresses which could be uncomfortable for more nights.

A small but comfortable double room with a wide balcony and spectacular views. It would be great to stay here with friends, in good weather. The shared kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to cook.

The villa is a distance from shops and eateries but we knew this and it’s clear from the description. As it’s a large and spacious house, because we didn’t meet anyone in reception or see anyone else - it felt a bit empty and odd.

Everything new, clean, and comfortable. The place was modern and adjacent to a lovely old country house. I think this would be an ideal place for a big group to stay, because the space has a big kitchen and a wonderful terrace with a spectacular view.

I recommend going by car. I caught a ride with friends who stayed at a hotel within walking distance, But walking to their hotel was really difficult because access is through a narrow road that has no room for pedestrians, and cars drive past all the time.

Etna from the big balcony. room is very practical, cozy and clean with complete amenities, easy instruction for check in, provide parking for car. has an elevator ! so you don't need to carry your suitcase on stairs :) complete common kitchen area. if you have your own car I recommend to stay here because it's just 30 mins to the city but you have and tranquil stay. very recommended !

Well located guest house with good facilities. Spacious terraces and perfect views.

I had a studio with two folding beds. Would have appreciated one normal bed for a bit more comfort. Studio was nevertheless very clean and well equipped. Parking on site is limited, however on the street there is sufficient space too.

I really liked the way that owner handled communication and was ready accommodate late check in and our needs for the stay including transportation to Etna park,rooms were really clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen, from the terrace spectacular views of Etna and sunset 🌇 Strongly recommend this place.

We like all our aspect of stay,however it is 30 to 40 minutes of driving to Etna lift entrance,you need to book a ride ,no public transportation.

The facility had a very well equipped kitchen with a dining room. The location is ideal for visiting not only Mount Etna, but the entire eastern side of Sicily. Perfect communication with the owner. Private parking in the facility. Rooms well equipped and clean. Elevator!

This is not a complaint about the facility, but the lack of restaurants within walking distance. We found one open and one takeaway pizzeria.

very nice, clean accomodation, close to Etna, access to terrasse and big kitchen with everything we needed. nice room with big bathroom. also nice common room with many games available. washing machine free to use, parking space available in front of the building and great view to the mountains

walls are not very soundproof. you hear everything that happens in the hallway. Luckily there were not many people staying at this time but I could imagine it gets very noisy with many guests. also I do see the advantage of solely communicating virtually during times of a pandemic but I prefer in-person communication. eventhough staff was always available to help via whatsapp it is a totally different experience to not be welcomed in person and only watch a video. it is as if the soul of the place is missing. so I would recommend to at least welcome new guests in person to make the stay more personal.

Everything amazing. A big mansion with all the facilities. Big room with games and tv, kitchen all equiped Washing machine with detergent, ironing board and iron, all around the house balcony, garden, secure doors unlocked with code, ensuit with conditioner, shampoo and gel. Outside table for meals, barbecue. Marble floor, everything brand new, smells like a new house Elevator inside the house Big bed, tv with amazon prime, netflix, everything. We wish we could stay 1 week

You have to have a car to go there, a bit far from everything..

The property is in a lovely quiet position with beautiful views of mount Etna. The room was spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the balcony lovely. There is a bakery within walking distance.

The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows which we found uncomfortable as they are large and we use small ones. The owner communicated well via WhatsApp but it felt a bit strange to let ourselves in and not see them. A couple of people came to bring fresh sheets but I think that was coincidence.
