The staff was good. The room was clean and comfortable. It was located about 10 miles from I-40 which we were traveling on but the connection using the 540 loop ( which was close to the Hampton Inn made it relatively easy to back on I-40.

The pet fee was a little high, IMO. $75 which is high for one night, but I believe that is good for up to 4 nights. So, if you are staying longer, it would be more cost effective. Also, there is no longer a discount on the pet fee for Hilton Honors members. I wish hotels would publish the pet fees on Booking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I cannot say enough good things about it. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I also loved the convenient location, which made it easy for me to explore the city. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

sliding bathroom door :(I recently stayed at a hotel with a sliding bathroom door, and I found it quite inconvenient. The lack of privacy and the potential for noise made me uncomfortable. I hope the hotel considers installing proper doors for the bathrooms in the future to ensure guests' comfort and privacy.

This property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The check-in process was quick and easy and I enjoyed the welcome bag they gave to us. The beds were comfortable and we all got a great night of sleep. Breakfast was good and well-stocked in spite of being a very busy weekend. All the staff we encountered were super friendly. We would stay again!

Our only inconvenience we faced was one of the elevators being down. Again, it was a busy weekend so we had to wait awhile. We had huge luggage pieces since we were in town for dance so the stairs weren’t really a great option. Everything else was great, though!!

Everything was great. This was a large hotel. It took a little getting used to moving around and finding the right elevator, etc, to use, but it was nice. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, the bathroom was nice. When the TV wasn't working, after a little time, we moved across the hall to a working TV and better air conditioner.

My only complaint was it was expensive to not have a working TV and air conditioner. Nevertheless, through a little effort, we got a better room across the hall.

Great location. Meg and April at the front desk were super personable. The room and facilities exceeded my expectations for sure. The housekeeper was also super sweet and wished my daughter a happy birthday when brought the items I requested. The breakfast was okay, but there’s a Starbucks near by in case you can’t find something you like!

The hotel is in a great location with close proximity to many food places and stores. It’s a fairly large hotel but easy to navigate. The breakfast had many options. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very well worth the price. Staff were friendly too. Will come back here if I travel to Fort Smith again.

Hugo was exceptional. When I got into my room, I immediately received a message asking if everything was good. My AC had a smell and when I mentioned it, he moved me rooms with no questions. My stay was very relaxing.

The carpets in the halls and especially the elevators are molded from people walking after they’ve gotten out of the pool(I assume). They definitely are past their useful life.

Staff super helpful My name on the TV welcoming us to our room Forgot shaving cream, front desk had a complimentary bottle Breakfast, biscuits and gravy of course and the egg omelets were amazing! Staff received my request of 2 extra pillows when I booked and they were waiting on the beds for us!

The room was very spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, I appreciated that the oatmeal was served hot instead of in a package and overall the food was warm and fresh. The business center was handy as I needed to print some documents for my work trip, as well as shredder for misprints. I love it when hotel rooms have an in room sofa! It's nice to have a comfy sitting option that isn't just your bed. You probably could fit 3 adults on it comfortably, and it was very soft. This is the first hotel I've ever been to that offered in room coffee makers in a k-cup style. I did not use it, but it felt pretty deluxe. Same with the TGI Fridays complementary room service - my clients took me out for dinner each night, so I was not able to take advantage of this amenity, but it felt nice to have as an option. Also, I liked that I was given four of each towel/cloth type instead of two, so I didn't have to request more from the front desk (I generally prefer not to get room service during my hotel stays).

I wish the breakfast meats had been labeled since I have dietary restrictions. The room lighting was pretty good, but I found myself wanting a ceiling light, a torchier, or something else that lights up the whole room more effectively. The front pickup and dropoff area could get a little crammed at times with both pedestrians and vehicles, making it a bit difficult to drive through, particularly in the mornings. I consider these all suggestions for improvement, as they were all incredibly minor and not detrimental to my overall experience.

I loved this hotel. Everyone was friendly and professional and the place was clean. Other than carpet in the elevators seemingly needing replacement, that is. But I thought i got my money's worth.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like.
