Airport shuttle was great and easy to organise from luggage collection. You have phones in the area you can use to push 0, ask for the shuttle and they send one to collect you at the arranged area. From domestic its out and left from Hawaiian domestic terminal. They will advise though. Served its purpose as we had a 11.30am flight the following day and wanted to be minutes away from the airport. (keeping in mind this was just after the Maui fires and evacuation). The rooms are way bigger than usual and if you remember how they use to be you will remember the space you had. Clean and tidy which was great. The laundry areas were awesome and 24/7. You could use a card or quarters. $4.75 per load and same cost for an hour on the drier. They don't have coin machines in there but they have a place you can buy tide or dryer sheets. So for us location was great, pictures matched the photos and bonus pool area was cold and deep. Loved the pool! they also have a lift to put disabilities in the pool but also sturdy steps and a solid bar. They also have a bar/snack bar area that opens from the foyer and is quite good. some music, bar snack food and good drinks to end a night is always good. No breakfast served at this place

They had a broken lift so the walking for my dad was too much as our room was in the middle but you had to walk the full corridor in the main building and then back to the unit. They did have a wheelchair so please if you bring someone you need to ask. They should have asked if we needed it because the shuttle driver helped us put my dad on and he was the bell hop guy too! the little gift shop in the hotel was expensive as but will work in a pinch.

Check in smooth, very helpful and friendly front desk staff, and shuttle to and from airport fast and efficient.

Bell service coud have been better. I stayed in the rear building and had a few bags, bell hop was no where to be found and after waiting for about 30 minutes I carried my bags, dragged suitcase (it had wheels so not to whinge too much lol) and strong armed a big box altogether down the street to the rear building. Thankfully the lift was working fine. Did the same on the way to check out the next morning. Bell hop looking bored and disinterested in the corner not offering to help at all other guests checking in.

They have a shop that sells bits and pieces but specifically wine and beer. There is nowhere near to buy these things so welcome and reasonably priced $12 - $20 for a bottle of wine. Fast food (pizza, tacos) 5 minute walk and bus stop just across the street goes to Waikiki, Arizona monument and mall (more choice of fast food and restaurants) for $1.50 each, each way. Big swimming pool and they have a bar. Stayed 2 nights, 2 weeks apart. First room was bit grim, at the back looking out over a wooden fence, second room was lovely looking out over the swimming pool and palm trees. Usual brown walls and carpet (why do they do this)? but they do a good job overall. Free shuttle to airport goes every hour on the hour. Had to mark it down on value for money, budget hotel standards at luxury hotel prices but you have to remember this is Honolulu and the nearest hotel to the airport. They are all the same, or worse. You can pay in cash.

A bit brown, very expensive, tired. This hotel is underneath and alongside the freeway but windows are double glazed and rooms have a/c, noise not a problem. Would not want to stay here for any length of time but nearest hotel to airport for overnighters. Convenient. Ice and drinks machines available.

The hotel was as expected after reading all the reviews. That said, it was a lot of money for what was objectively a poor hotel in terms of decor, ambience, facilities, and room quality. Coming from the Nordics, we were surprised at the low level of care. After flying for 35 hoursof flying we were disappointed that there was nowhere onsite to get food that didn't come from a vending machine. We also switched off the AC as the unit was far too loud for us to sleep comfortably in.

The general hotel feels rundown and very sketchy. As the first touchpoint for us in Polynesia, it was a bit of a letdown.

The swimming pool is very decent size and the deepest is 8 ft which my kids loved it. Room is normal size although old, but not enough room to open 4 big luggages for 4 people.

They provide shuttle bus to and from airport but it only runs once every hour which we ended up walking to the airport in the heat with our luggages as the timing didn't work out when we checked out. The air con is quite old style in the room which was quite noisy. No drinking water provided in the room nor water refill machines in hallway.

Airport shuttle was very convenient, but unfortunately didn't operate early enough for our morning flight the next day. Rooms were spacious and clean. We requested 2 rooms close to each other and were given connecting rooms which was really helpful. The pool came in handy after a long day, and the area surrounding the pool was very nice. The hotel is within walking distance to IHOP & Dunkin Donuts, as well as other stores (from memory there was a pizza place, a Hawaiian BBQ restaurant & a market). We only needed a hotel at the airport because we had an early flight the next day & I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised.

Would've been great for the airport shuttle to operate earlier for early flights. Having said that, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and booked us a taxi.

Not as closely located to the airport as I thought. I thought it’s right across the terminal but it was about 20 mins walk from the terminal. Shuttle runs on the hour which means if you missed 9 am shuttle the next one will be 10am, nothing at say 9:30. The last shuttle was 10pm so if you arrive at the airport later than that which was my case and if you can’t find a taxi or Uber because it’s late which was my case, you will have to do the 20 mins walk.

I appreciated to location- close to airport and Pearl Harbor

The room had a bad musty smell-Seemed to be coming from the AC unit.I should have refused it but it was a long flight from NH- we were tired, hungry- so we sucked it up- seemed better after we shut of ac and opened window. AND PARKING!!! it was $30 to park at the hotel.!!! I would rather they charge $30 more than charge for parking!! A LOT of hotels in Hawaii charge for parking- so watch for that. I think it is a rip off!! Most people rent cars so they need a place to park!!! Restaurant was not open. I get the staffing shortage etc. but an urn of coffee available for guests in the morning would go a long way in the guest service department. AND its cheap!!!

I made a mistake and booked for April instead of September. Priceline/Booking.com assisted me in contacting you immediately upon reslizing i made this error…on that day April 11. Thank you very much Honolulu Airport hotel for allowing me to rebook correct date, and not charging me for my error. Ive stayed at your property before and have always enjoyed it. Your location is great for being near the airport, excellebt shuttle, and staff are too notch! Thank you again!

Free shuttle provided when we dropped Rental car at airport the night before ,called for pick-up using courtesy phone in airport baggage area then free shuttle to airport the next morning -on the top of the hour from 5am. Location for airport departure couldn't be better. Open air swimming pool a bonus. Quite limited, but tasty menu options but we didn't mind as not really up for a more extensive meal. All staff very friendly. Will definitely recommend.
